Went to I 64 and 41 Wendy's had great experience and got everything I wanted unlike Princeton Wendy's that never seems to have what I want available.

No. Just no. Way under staffed. The guy taking the order was very rude, again, understaffed but still. Never waited for the food. I gave my receipt to a stranger and left. Waited over 15 minutes and there were 3 others in front of my order. Fast food?? Nope.

Fries barely warm. Sandwich bread felt stale. Tomato on burger was the size of a half dollar, really??Couldn't get chicken grilled. Not impressed. Lemonade was good. Guy at counter very nice.

Terrible service. I waited for more than 10 min but nobody took order though there was just a couple of people waiting including myself in the line. Manager walked by me and I’m sure she saw me but no service provided. Workers kept talking about non-work related topics. I fed up and left without purchase.

Cash only today for whatever reason. Manager or whoever doesn't know how to do inventory. Didn't have any soda or fries to go with my lunch. They asked to take chillie instead of fries and i said sure but then charged me another 50c soo thats not really replacing the fries....and drink machines broken or empty. Had to ask for tea to get a drink. Couldn't find any forks or spoons or paper towels. All the trash cans full with 5 or 6ppl working there kept disappearing. Seems like a lot of teenager kids don't know how to work or think they shouldn't or idk. After talking to other people their and the building around the company as well I work next door. Everyone is tired of how lazy they are at this Wendy's and how it takes way to long to get your food if they have it. And the place always looks dirty. The rest of us are wondering why hasn't Loves told Wendy's to kick rocks or replace them. Especially since how often you finally get your food after waiting way to long to get it and it's cold. After dealing with all of these reasons over the rest couple years again and again thinking maybe they'll change of these days...just doesn't and makes me disappointed every time.

They were out of about 10 different things including fries and regular nuggets, no spoons, and only one of 2 soda machines was working but it was out of several of the flavor syrups... The cashier seemed nice though

One of the dirtiest Wendy's stores I've ever visited. Pools of grey water on the kitchen floor with no obvious attempts to clean it up. Overflowing trash and debris at the drink station which was definitely not wiped recently. The high chairs were grubby looking as were some of the tables. Only one drink machine working properly for guests. Kick plates on doors were black .... these can easily be cleaned with a bit of degreaser or Goo-gone. Did not appear to be any sense of pride or urgency among the staff and the food was pretty slow coming up. Folks were not coming in so quickly that the orders could not have been managed. In fact, I've been able to found this store and write this entire review in the time we've been waiting for our food..... and still no food. On fact, we are now looking other screen but now has been cleared despite not having our food....After 8 plus minutes we did finally get our food and with hot fries so I'll give credit for that. Only staff member with any kind of smile or interest in the guests really seem to be the cashier. Maybe it's just a bad day. Maybe someone didn't show up... will try to give the benefit of the doubt...
