I ordered through UBER and my food was great. I called them at their location and requested extra condiments and they were happy that I had because some stuff I'd ordered they were out of and we came to an agreement that fit my family. All I'm saying is there's nothing wrong with getting a little more evolved with your orders, through apps.
Ordered $35 worth of food and not one sauce was in the bag that we asked for. The bag itself was already tore and almost ripped in half taking out of the carrier. The lady who took our order was talking to someone else while we ordered, so everything had to be repeated.

Was given the wrong order TWICE!!! Wanted #7(buffalo sandwhich meal) and 4 pc mozz.. got my bag it was a 3 piece tender. And i was CHARGED FOR IT..I DRIVE BACK RECEIPTS AND FOOD AND ALL.. Sat at the speaker for 5-7 min while an employee with a headset on was just glancing at me and wiping windows outside…I say hello, then she says you can go on with your order?? No sry 4 ur wait? Didn’t ask me for a min or two. I WAS IGNORED!!I re ordered #7 large and side of 4 pc mozz… she tell me to pull forward… i did… manager came and left (was nice lady) but i only have sandwich meal and drink no MOZZARELLA STICKS.. I'm over it … i was mis charged, ignored, and played with 2xs…. Sucks, wish they'd be better n check themselves.. oh and give me a Refund

This Arby's used to be horrible with long lines, but ever since they got a new staff, it's been a lot faster and amazing! I recommend coming here more often now.
Lady at the cashier was brain dead and didn’t understand anything. Tell her number classic large then give me just the sandwich and doesn’t charge me for the meal.

This store is old went in and it smells like bathroom caked from a urinal. Drive through is awful god knows what lives in that shoot for food .... still awful so slow years later nothing has changed.
