The pizza was amazing. The sauce is sweet, the cheese is just right, and the thin crust isn’t hard. The pizza is nice and hot every time I go.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever dealt with. After waiting over 2 hours for a pizza, I called to check on the order. While I was on the phone, the delivery driver pulled up. I told the guy on the phone that, and his response was: "So do you want the pizza or not?" - then he hung up on me.
I called back to ask if that's really how you talk to customers. The same guy suddenly claimed he was the manager. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was transferred - and the owner admitted that person wasn't even a manager. But instead of apologizing or doing anything to make up for the 2-hour wait, the owner was just as rude and brushed it off with, "We're busy."
Like really? Being busy doesn't excuse hanging up on people and treating paying customers like garbage. I was just trying to buy an already overpriced pizza, and instead got attitude and disrespect. Why be such a dick about it?
If this is how Arrenello's chooses to treat their customers, I'll never be back - and I'd warn anyone else to avoid this place too.

Incredibly rude owners. Avoid. They don't want your business here, or at least that's how they act on the phone. They are incredibly incredibly disrespectful. I absolutely love this pizza, I will no longer visit this restaurant due to the way the owners acted on the phone as well as their employees. 2 hours for a pizza, and was just told we're busy. The people working absolutely hate their job and are reflecting those feelings towards their customers now. Rico's it is for me. I liked to switch but I won't be talked down to and I suggest others do the same.

The food from here is always good but their customer service has severely dropped in years. It’s always unpleasant to call and order a pizza on top of always being placed on hold with no interaction for 10 minutes without anyone even greeting you. Linda is the owner and this reflect her management of the establishment.

Over 20 years of going there they are running out of chances to appreciate my money $70.00 to $120.00 don't matter I guess. And no it's not us who ever picks it up they are rude to them too No matter how busy you are or tired you put on a happy face or get out of the business
