I went into Ben’s Prezels for a pick up and was greeted with a friendly smile by employee Jaiden. He was so calm in his multi tasking that I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge.
Keep that positive energy flowing because it can and will make someone else’s day like mine‘s better.

I need to know what y’all put in those pretzel dogs because they are absolutely divine 😩 Everything is so delicious!
My pretzel was so hard as if it was from a days old batch. I could only eat like half of the top and I'm so sad because the flavor was SOOOO delicious I got the cinnamon sugar one. I can only imagine how good it would've been if I could bite through the whole thing. Unfortunately I wasted my money.
My pregnant wife and I came in the other day. After receiving such a great deal on her pretzel, my wife went into labor and the managers Danielle and Tabitha helped deliver the baby right then and there! Wonderful service, will visit again!

Danielle and Darcy were so great! They suggested the jalapeño cheese pretzel which is so delicious- I never would have tried it! Their huge smiles and lovely customer service is what we all need more of right now. Thanks Y’all!!!
