I had a wonderful experience at BIGGBY COFFEE today! The staff was incredibly friendly and greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. My drink was made perfectly — smooth, flavorful, and exactly how I ordered it. The shop had a warm, welcoming vibe that made it a great place to relax for a bit. Overall, fantastic service and great coffee. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My husband and I stopped in after our weekly morning grocery shopping trip. It was our first time so we decided to go inside so we could look at the menu without holding up the drive-thru. I got the Teddy Bear latte and my husband got the Mocha Mocha latte (he's usually a black coffee guy). They were really good! We will definitely be back. The service was pleasant and quick. We had a really good first impression ☺️

I’ve came to this biggby for the past two years with my wife and each time we come the staffing gets consistently more rude. We’ve gone to other biggby locations and never had this issue. Today they misheard my latte order with oatmilk and immediately responded with an attitude and anger for my confusion when they asked how many shots of oat milk, as i’ve never been asked this before for ordering my normal latte. I was confused and asked what they meant and the person immediately got mad and said i ordered a coldbrew. I said I ordered the mocha mocha and initially all i said was if i can get an iced mocha mocha and nothing about coldbrew. they then sighed over the speaker and shut it off leaving me sitting there in silence for a while until someone else came on hearing my correct order. When at the window we paid with someone who was pleasant but then they walked away and someone else came to give us our drinks. she slammed the window open and handed them to us in silence then slammed the window shut. we will never be coming back to this biggby location after multiple other incidents like this as well.

Waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich. No line and theirs at least 6 people working. Used to work at the Biggby in cp and I would never. Do better

I mostly order through door dash. At first it was great order was right.. lately not sure who is working but orders are mixed up and today my coffee was plain and melted no flavor no taste and I asked for extra bacon on my sandwich (which you pay extra for and got no extra bacon.

Good coffee. Had an everything bagel and cream cheese as well which was well-toasted and tasty. Could have used more cream cheese though. Love the two laptop friendly cubicles. Only negative was a really loud interview being conducted. Very distracting when you are trying to work though I do know how to request time off, clothing, asking for a replacement if I am sick, etc should I ever work here!
