My pickup order was undercooked and I got sick along w my coworker who ate a whopper and original chicken sandwich. Went to submit feedback in app said someone would contact me WRONG it is now 96 hrs no response or REFUND.

I've been patronizing this Burger King for at least a year now, and I have found that this location has the friendliest customer service and the most accurate orders. The one on 45th and the one on Ridge Road could definitely take notes from this staff. One thing that lets me know it's solid is that the same employees have been here for as long as I have been visiting, and they have never changed up.

I think this is the best in the area. Friendly nice faces and good food. Getting a Mushroom and Swiss in the morning for breakfast is the best experience one can have.

Food was good love me some double whopper half now/half later. The fries are whatever but that is on the vendor used by Burger King. Their fries have not been the bests in years. The place was pretty clean considering I was in the restaurant around the lunch hour on 01/30/25. The cashier was decent and the cooks in the grill area were fast/efficient.

Went through the drive thru, the guy working was very polite, “how are you doing tonight”, “here you go sir”, and did not mess up our order. More drive thrus need this kind of service. No ghetto activities, very nice!
