Ok food for chipotle but the service was terrible. People were waiting in line for a while and the cashier had a rude attitude. 👎

We ordered our food with kids' quesadilla today. And they didn't give us the quesadilla. What kind of people does that? That is just stealing. Get better people for service Chipotle!

Came here to quickly grab a bowl to eat and needed to wait for white rice. The wait wasn’t long at all & the people servicing me were very nice & gave nice portions. The food was tasty, & the place was relatively clean with the exception of the cutlery near the drink station. Would for sure come back!

$22 for the world's smallest driest burrito is diabolical business

Dangerous entryways, rude employees. What country am I in, because it doesn't feel like America. Always feel threatened in these restaurants.

Terrible experience. Ordered online for pickup (double meat burrito, guac, free chips & queso for cinco de mayo) and also added in a $1+ tip to make my order an even $20.
Got there right at the scheduled time, order wasn’t on pickup shelf, waited 5 mins with nobody acknowledging me until I finally walked up & said something, then that’s when I got my order.
All that just to find out my $17+ burrito had double RICE instead of the new chipotle honey chicken. Oh wait, the chicken seems to be the regular chicken & on top of that the rice was completely plain, not a speck of cilantro. Lastly, the chips were stale.

Really not one to leave reviews but this was hands down the worst chipotle I have ever had. Food was cold, rice had a weird texture the mean was dry and cold. Very disappointing.

If you come here don’t get their lettuce … My friend found a spider in her bowl crawling on the lettuce and all they offered her was a refund or to remake her bowl and a free drink…

Protein size was awful, got charged for queso I didn’t order luckily I caught it and was refunded. Wouldn’t recommend.

Went to spend 40.00 ended up spending over the budget, the food was good n the service was great she explained the difference in the dishes with great concerns very patient with my husband and I 🙏 we ended up getting two of their delicious bowls, 6 steak tacos and two chips with guacamole. Got home enjoy each bite, even put some up for later.. we shall return soon..

every time i go in here the employees have a terrible attitude.

Asked for double wrapped tortilla and they didn’t double wrap. Also just wrapped the burrito in foil with everything falling outside. No way possible to eat this without making a complete mess.

This location is probably the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen.Before you even walk inside you know how dirty it is just by the windows.The area where the food is made is atrocious.The dining room is left filthy. Plenty of employees just standing around.There are so many reviews saying the same thing.Your management has ZERO pride.You should be embarrassed and ashamed Highland Chipotle managers.Be better.Do better.
