This place just sucks. The service is not good, food and portion sizes suck. It is also very dirty.

First time trying Chipotle and this was the worst experience ever. The lady taking our order was horrible and impatient and was especially snappy when I asked her to repeat what she said because I had no idea how to order. She explained nothing, introduced nothing, and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She was rude to everyone! The food on display was sad and lacking. The containers were barely ¼ full. There wasn't even anyone in front of us despite it being lunchtime on Saturday and we actually had to wait before this rude lady came out to take our order? I didn't even know there were sauces we could use there were none on the tables and as other people have described the tables weren't clean either.

I was there 3 weeks ago and haven't had the urge to even try Chipotle again, I don't think I want to spend my money on a place that treats their customers this terribly. I actually felt bad after eating here.

Simply put there is just always something when it comes to this location. One day you go and they’re out of sour cream for the entire day, next you’re left waiting 20 mins on chicken after already waiting in line for 10 mins and today they’re out of shells for kids meals and the only solution is to wait10 mins for the manager who went to go pick some up to come back. The quality of their food is never consistent today the chicken some how was super wet and was cut into humongous chunks. Also, I get to work and I have an entire practical 1/4 of a pepper in my bowl…… I would rather just drive the 10 mins out of my way and go to the location in Munster.

Signs all over saying you can get a free side of guacamole if you scan code, but when I got to cashier after I scanned the code with the food we ordered for the three of us, we were told it would have to be at another time with a $5 purchase. Our almost $40 purchase wasn't enough? Anyway, we paid for guacamole with our entrees plus a large guacamole and chips extra. It was not guacamole. It was just smashed avocados--- no other ingredients and absolutely no flavor at all. Bland, boring!!! Not worth almost $9. Oh, I did get my notice about my free side of guacamole, but aside from the extra at least $5 purchase, I have to claim it within seven days. Not worth the time to come back, especially when I saw how very little guacamole my granddaughters got with their entree sides

usually dirty, but my visit on 1/8 was truly terrible. staff never cleans; they’re constantly unprofessional and talk rudely amongst themselves. no toilet paper in bathroom, water all over the floor, in lobby there was an entire bag of chips crushed on the floor. they were out of white rice for maybe 20 minutes. food is usually pretty good, but the staff here never is. ONLY time i have had a good experience with the staff here is the young female manager who had pink hair. she’s very coordinated, professional, and kind!!! she’s the only one there who seems to care about her job

I just left this location , the staff was very unprofessional and were arguing with each other at the cashier checkout in front of customers. I always enjoy coming to this location but the line was very long and there was a 10 minute wait for white rice !! Do better

I come here about once a month and I typically have an overall good experience. However, the last few times I’ve came here there’s been several issues. The last 3 times I’ve gotten there they were out of chicken. They stated it would be 15 minutes and of course it wasn’t. We waited just about 45 minutes. I don’t understand how you can be serving food at dinner time around 5:30 and notice the chicken is half full and not call for more chicken to be cooked. The line where they make your burrito or bowl is disgusting. Food like cheese, sour cream lettuce all over, corn in the sour cream. Then by the condiment station if that’s what they call it by the the drinks was also disgusting. Ice overflowing, no forks, empty napkins and sauces.

Not sure what’s happening at this location but I know for sure it’s being poorly operated.

Went here for food and the lady who prepared my food had the nastiest attitude. She rushed me to take my order, and when I asked for the manager and she was worse. This experience was terrible. It took everything in me to keep self control. The manager asked me “do you want the food or not”. I wish it was a way I can report the both of them. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN!

I hope management really reads these messages and attempts to make some changes. My last two orders both time several of us were waiting for brown rice. Both times it wasn't cooked long enough. It was crunchy! It's never very clean, I'm done with this location.

The store is a filthy inside. Seems like its on the decline. The service is slow. The food prep area is a total mess. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a while. Not just scattered food bits but the stainless steel looks deeply smeared. Almost all the tables are all full of food. The plastic utensils is next to the garbage chute, chunks of food laying on top of the utensils. I walk up to place my order and the ladies coughing in her shoulder. Employees seem lost to me. Im very observant. It was not very busy. Kids got to take ownership. Or the manager really needs to step it up.

I’m not used to going to this area for Chipotle but I was in the area running errands and decided to order in. Came on the 10th and while the service was good, I found 2 bone pieces in my chipotle bowl. I’m not sure if it was from the double portion of honey chicken but I’m not used to this at other locations. I wasn’t going say anything because the staff was nice, but I was still a bit disturbed by it.
