We did take out and our whole order was there when picked up. That seems to be too hard for many stores! Well done Chipotle!

I hope management really reads these messages and attempts to make some changes. My last two orders both time several of us were waiting for brown rice. Both times it wasn't cooked long enough. It was crunchy! It's never very clean, I'm done with this location.

The store is a filthy inside. Seems like its on the decline. The service is slow. The food prep area is a total mess. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a while. Not just scattered food bits but the stainless steel looks deeply smeared. Almost all the tables are all full of food. The plastic utensils is next to the garbage chute, chunks of food laying on top of the utensils. I walk up to place my order and the ladies coughing in her shoulder. Employees seem lost to me. Im very observant. It was not very busy. Kids got to take ownership. Or the manager really needs to step it up.

I’m not used to going to this area for Chipotle but I was in the area running errands and decided to order in. Came on the 10th and while the service was good, I found 2 bone pieces in my chipotle bowl. I’m not sure if it was from the double portion of honey chicken but I’m not used to this at other locations. I wasn’t going say anything because the staff was nice, but I was still a bit disturbed by it.

Don't Make Me Leave a Review!

I find it extremely disgusting how the workers here think that just because you place a mobile order for pick-up — means that they can skimp you/cheat you out of your portions, especially paid extras.

I normally order a burrito, but decided to get a bowl today and I am so glad that I checked my order in the car before I pulled off and went home. For all the extras that I ordered, that bowl was EXTREMELY light! It was missing extra chicken, and completely missing beans and queso. It really looked like someone made my oder blindfolded, with very minimal portions, and shook the container up. It looked like complete slop!

Yes, I did go back in to have them correct it. It was remade, and you can bet the bowl was heavier (like it should have been in the first place) and with everything in it. Food, especially fast food cost wayyyy too much these days for restaurants to try to play you on portions. Especially when you are paying for extras. Please check your things before you leave on mobile pick-up orders. As a good/courtesy tipper (through food apps)...I would have been extremely upset had I tipped up front for below subpar food/service. I wish I would have taken pictures.

I ordered a honey chicken Bowl, got all the items I asked for. But the chips were tooooo salty. I had to stop eating them. One chip had a ton of salt stuck to it. The bowl was wondering, the adobo ranch wasn't all that special though.

Shout out Zoriah (i’m not sure if that’s how you say/spell it.) Only person that wasn’t standing around! The staff is always standoffish but today there were +6 walking around behind the line staring at the long line. Kinda ridiculous!

This place is beyond a rip off. I can’t believe what you get for $500! DO NOT OEDER FROM HERE. IT IS A SCAM. The amount of meat I got was for maybe 7-10 people if they hardly eat. And the manager I spoke to just said well I just work here not my fault. I’m glad she’s comfortable working somewhere that scams people what a joke. Portions would feed a toddler and menu prices twice the price. It’s pretty disgusting how bad they rip people off

Upon arriving home and digging into my Chipotle bowl, I discovered three very large pieces of avocado that were not mashed up. In addition, I found bits of the pit in the avocado pieces. I also found the end piece of an avocado in the bowl. Additionally, I needed to add salt to the guacamole as it was incredibly bland and there was obviously no salt added. The service was also quite lacking there and we will probably not be returning to this location.

Employees here need to be trained in professionalism and respect. I reached out to Chipotle Customer service ahead of time and asked if I could exchange my birthday reward of free guacamole for queso as it is the same price due to having a severe food allergy to guacamole. Customer service said that it would be no problem at all and to just ask the employee working at the register. This is a request solely because guacamole is a food allergy for me. First, upon asking the employee if they could please put on a new set of plastic gloves after seeing the customer ahead of me having a few orders of guacamole and using those gloves, she ignored me, and continued on with my order. Once I mentioned the request for queso instead of guac for a birthday reward, she rolled her eyes, said No, and then smartly said, guacamole is not queso. She then asked her manager who also denied the request. This location needs to be trained in handling food allergies with respect and understand that certain foods can actually put a person's life in danger. Completely unacceptable and I will not be returning.

Not Mexican to me it's just slop in a bowl. I never get the meat I find it over cooked and chewy and the chips were plastic chewy.

The restaurant became REALLY busy after we ordered and received our food. And there were some customers that became quite testy. But the employees stayed so professional and courteous! Our food was delicious, but I must admit, watching their service was the BEST part of our visit. Bravo Munster, IN!!!
