My son orders here daily and they still continue to get the order wrong, we call and say we have the bag for the free parmesian bites and they forget daily. They make breadbowl wrong EVERY TIME I order it and it seems like everyone who used to know what they were doing is gone. Tonight we went to pick up our order and they forgot our parmesian bites AGAIN and when I went to have my son go back in there to make them we watch both of the only workers leave the restaurant and go and sit in the car together leaving the place completely empty with the door open and everything! Poorly ran and this place is running down hill fast, sad that we are going to have to go out of way to get domino's when we have one not even a mile away 🙄

The man had his cell phone sitting on the pizza boxes and then proceeded to put someone's Pizza on top of it. The manager rudely gave me a refund, the one with the red hair

First and last time ordering here. We ordered our food at 4:30 for pickup at 6:15. I got there at 6:10, my food wasn't done and they were just starting to cook my pasta. The pizza was done sitting under a heater at that time. I ended up having to leave at 6:25 to go pick up my daughter from swim practice because my food still wasn't done and when I ask about it they just kind of blew me off. When I got back my food was done but by that time my pizza & bread was cold. my pizza was also missing it's toppings. I ordered pepperoni and it was cheese only. Also, for $9 my pasta wasn't even filled halfway in the bowl. Overall just really bad experience. And there was a manager in the building which is extremely disappointing. All they did was stand around and talk about who made the better pizza and why they deserve raises. The manager was sitting on the counter when I finally walked in at 6:40 and my food was ready.

I love dominos pizza! So I'm not knocking the franchise. For one thing, my pizza wasn't correct. Called the store and explained the situation. This store had no issues with replacing the pizza. However, the new pizza that arrived was an inedible disaster. Figured I just put it in the fridge, it might be better when it's cold. Also not the case. It's pretty bad when you choose to just eat the crust. I wasn't going to say anything but it's been 4 days and I'm still thinking about it.
Having worked for a dominos 22 years ago, I can tell you this. PRESENTATION is everything. Please start taking your time or putting more T.L.C. into the food. Or just tell your drivers to stop break dancing with the food in their hands on the way to the car.

I mean, it’s Dominos. You kind of know what you’re in for. Pretty meh overall. Plenty of better choices in the area like Gelsosomos, Aurelios, Marcos, Arrenellos. Good for what it tries to be.
