Ordered a hot coffee from the drive thru, It was served to me at room temperature. It was a horrible experience ? Unfortunately I wasn't able to turn around to complain and have it exchanged. Hopefully it doesn't happen to others

I ordered a hot chocolate and an old fashioned donut, the chocolate was basically hot water with a little bit of chocolate mix blended in. The donut was stale and fell into pieces as I squeezed it to see if it was fresh.
The food was awful and the place is pretty depressing, the only salvageable thing was the service even though they only had 2 people working both the restaurant as well as the drive-tru.

Workers are extremely kind, that is all this place has going for it.
No matter what time I arrive, and I live literally 1 minute away, some part of my order will be substituted. Other times, my order is burnt and prepared incorrectly.
This is the most incompetent dunkin donuts in the state. They CANNOT get an order right, they CANNOT manage their staff, and they DO NOT know how to stock inventory.
I'll run your store for you. Free of charge. The idiot jackass running it now is a cancerous tumor to society.

Did not have the best experience here this morning. It took forever to get up to the window. Then they made us pull up for the food. After a while I finally went in and had to ask for it. It was just sitting on the counter waiting for someone to bring it out. They definitely should have been more organized. There were plenty of people working so it shouldn’t have been that bad of a wait.
