I went by there earlier and I got helped by Alexandria and she is so kind and sweet the service was great and I would definitely be stopping by there again I got a medium coffee with a doughnut and it was fresh

Did not have the best experience here this morning. It took forever to get up to the window. Then they made us pull up for the food. After a while I finally went in and had to ask for it. It was just sitting on the counter waiting for someone to bring it out. They definitely should have been more organized. There were plenty of people working so it shouldn’t have been that bad of a wait.

Usually when I come to this Dunkin in Highland I have no issue at all. But today I got a ham and swiss stuffer and it was frozen in the middle hahaha! I literally have been laughing about this for the past hour ? I did heat it at work but just a heads up if you go there. Check the middle ???
