How do open at 5 am and not one person is even in the building working. Did a mobile order got there at 5:15 AM. And the place isn’t even open.

Avocado toast was raw. Gave me bacon instead of sausage on my breakfast sandwich, which was also hard as a rock. Forgot an order of hash-browns too. Only thing they got right was the coffee. Would not recommend giving your money to these clowns. 👎

In the morning you'll get cut off and yelled at if you don't order fast enough! After I ordered I felt like crap and just drove off to the Kennedy Dunkin! The girl with the piercings in the afternoon is also so rude! I will also mention hearing the drama in the morning is unprofessional. Watched and heard someone get sent home.

EDIT: Is this barely half full, 1TSP of cheese and a sprinkle of bacon what you call "Loaded hashbrowns???? EVERY TIME it is like this.
I went over to Crown Point the other day and asked for extra cheese because of this and they gave me what was ACTUALLY ADVERTISED.... LOADED HASBROWNS! I WISH I would have taken a photo of that one too.
They are a hit and miss. I order usually the same thing with a slight mix-up at times. I usually get a hot coffee (most always perfect), cream, no sugar, add caramel. Egg bites (always slap) or Egg sausage wrap (50/50) and then a hashbrown or loaded hashbrown... well today I got the "loaded hashbrown" it comes with hasbrowns, cheese sauce and bacon. There was hash, bacon but only a little bit of cheese sauce enough for MAYBE 2 round hashbrowns. Kinda disappointed.
Because of this I am not running on Dunk'n, more like speed walking?

I always tell myself not to go to this one even though it’s on the way it sucks cause it’s convenient. However the morning service is not very amicable. One time they served me a hazelnut drink and knew what they did cause they put my drinks order sticker over the drink they gave me. I guess someone didn’t want their hazelnut drink so putting my sticker that matched my order over it seemed cool for them to do. I knew it tasted horrible to peel off my sticker and see the correct sticker, and what it had, thanks GOD I have no allergies. Then today on a Saturday morning at 7 am all the workers are doing who knows what in the back and waited 5+ minutes to not be serviced or acknowledged. Im officially done.

The food here isn’t even that bad. It is the employees 100% I can’t even finish speaking without them telling me to just pull forward. They are always unpleasant and very rude
Karina and Michelle were so nice and professional, everything was fresh and made exactly how I ordered it. It's refreshing to see young adults take a job seriously. Dunkin, take care of these two! They're star employees.

To start off they had me wait about 10 mins for my food to come out , when it finally does the order was wrong then I get attitude because the tender didn’t charge me correctly, so they have to fix it and I get burnt food , then I go back in to get it fixed for the 2nd time and I see how unhygienic they are operating
