EDIT: Is this barely half full, 1TSP of cheese and a sprinkle of bacon what you call "Loaded hashbrowns???? EVERY TIME it is like this.

Update: Since my original post things have improved here. Service is better. Not as slow anymore. I am starting to see regular faces in there. They're more friendly also. Original: I like Dunkin coffee. Some of the best there is. But.... why are they so slow? It's ridiculous. When I finally got to the speaker to place my order, the employee tells me to hold on a moment. A moment turned into two minutes. Finally, I was able to order my coffee and drive to the window,...
