I ordered a #17 no mayo, no cheese, with mustard. The lady repeated back to me my order, no mayo, no cheese, with mustard. When I went to eat my sandwich it had mayo on it after they made sure the order was correct.

I order takeout from this Jimmy John's often, and in the past 3 years they have never disappointed me! Orders for pick up are always quick, and the quality of food is always fantastic! (in the scope of a national sandwich chain). After a particularly busy weekday, I decided to have an easy dinner. I ordered my usual, The Italian Night Club and jalapeno chips. It hit the spot!

I do mobile orders at this location all the time, very often for large orders (6 sandwiches, plus chips). They always get my order right, with all the customizations, and it's always ready when I arrive to pick up. I occasionally get delivery with no issues. Great and friendly service!
Placed an order for delivery and they were NOT freaky fast. I called after an hour had past and I was told it would be 5 more min. 40 minutes later the delivery guy showed up. Would not recommend.
