Jolly's Chicken and Fish

This place is cheap and phenomenal. Chicken is juicy and tender. Fries are crispy and not soggy. Their jolly sauce is the perfect mix of sweet and spicy. The lemon pepper is the icing on top. Do not sleep on this place. My only advice for this place is get a bigger sign it’s a little hard to find. When you do find it you’re in for a fantastic treat. Would eat here again when I’m at my friends house

I ordered a large catfish steaks. The fish had 3 pieces that looked like they were cooked in old grease. I called felt the acknowledgement was more argumentative. I couldn't get my money back so I ordered catfish fillet. But I was given Swai fish fillet. I knowbthe difference. I took pictures. It's false advertisement. Fraud, just wrong. My brother tried it and agreed. Hot sauce and all went in the trash. What if an individual was allergic? Please do better. However, I won't patronize so easily again. Reviews matter.

Ordering wings from here the day I did was not my intent, it came about by chance being somewhere else and just trying them out because this place was right where I was. I was glad I tried them out for the first time. Very pleased with the freshness and taste

The long story: Alot of you guys in the reviews are kinda hard on this place. You all forget that this is a bussiness that is family owned. I gotten myself their signature chicken sandwhich, their chocolate cake, and hush puppies.
The first thing they did was greet me and made me feel welcomed. They treated me nicely and waited for me to decide and never looked annoyed. This Was the first time I entered OR ordering here

Some items they had were out of stock, but that's something that happens and normal in newer restruants. The signs in the building let me know what I'm getting into and that the food a made fresh and needs time to cook.
The first item I gotten was their cake. Now, it was dry but I don't fault them for that. Despite it, the cake tasted delclicious and the chocolate shavings added flavor to the sweet treat.

The chicken sandwhich was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly crispy and the Jolly sauce with the ranch made such a pretty marble suace. The fries were peppered and salted nicely and fried neatly. The hushpuppies were something I forgot, but what made me feel good about my decision about eating here was how they didn't try to disagree with me on it. They understood and imedditly corrected the order, which those hush puppies were awesome to eat.

Now, the most surprining thing about this place was the coleslaw. I hate coleslaw, but their coleslaw is completely diffrent. If you hate the taste of the sweet with that weird veggie taste that's in coleslaw, their coleslaw is completely sweet and genuinly good.

Food is alright, portions for the price is insane. I had to check my receipt to see if I'd ordered a Kid's Meal. Was shocked when I did that because I saw I was charged a $2.70 tip. No white meat or napkins today, umm. I was highly disappointed and I will Never patronize this establishment ever again.

My first time here, I ordered 20 wings fried hard with mild sauce. I got home and the fries weren’t cooked all the way and the chicken was not fried hard it was soggy. The seasoning and sauce was good. I called the manager and the best he could do is give a free fry and 15% off for the next time. I’m not sure I’ll be back.

I ordered jolly’s while I was at the cigar lounge the food was so unbelievably hot and fresh.. omg I had to let it sit for at least 15-20 minutes. And that jolly sauce all I’m gonna say is wow!!! Keep doing what y’all doing

Talk about morons working there order 25 pieces of chicken and a LARGE order of fries and a chicken strip meal to open my bag and find a happy meal size fry which according to the receipt cost $3.98!!!! Chicken is great but damn act like you have more than 2 working brain cells when taking an order

This place was trash for chicken tenders. First time there ordered a 6 PC tender man must I say they were so disgusting . Well First u can taste the dirty grease then the chicken was extra chewy the crust fell off like a shell and the flavor was trash . Never again .

Made to order so it’s super fresh and just tasted soooo good. The seasoning was the perfect amount to add depth of flavor without overpowering the meal. Will order from here again! Highly recommend
