I been ordering Marcos pizza simply because it used to be the best. Last time it was different. I walked inside and it smelt like dirty feet. It was parmesean and Romano cheese. They used to use only mozzarella cheese for pizza, as it is supposed to be. Now it's blended cheeses. I tasted the texture of cellulose. I tasted the blended cheeses. Horribile. People will notice. Most don't like blended cheeses and hate stinky cheese. I wish Marcos would go back to using strictly mozzarella for their pizza topping it made the best.My family complained about the same thing. What a shame. Taste like frozen pizza. Generic. Darn !!! Just like the regular garbage out there now.

I have been getting an original crust here once a month or so for the past year and it's been a decent pizza.
Today I got a thin crust for the first time and the crust was burnt.
I'm going to assume it was a fluke since normal crust has always been prerty good.
I'll probably buy another thin crust next month and find out.

Estimated delivery time provided by Marco's Pizza was 1:12pm. No updates on tracking on the app by 1:23pm. Called and they lied and said it's on its way.
At 1:37pm I get a text from door dash saying they are waiting on my order. ETA 2:08pm. Call Marco's and get the most disinterested, monotone person ever to be told they have no control over doordash or their delivery times. Then don't use doordash? Don't give someone an ETA and then the order gets there an hour late. The employee on the phone couldn't even pretend to care at all and just wants to shift blame to someone else. No customer service skills at all - and i work in customer service. I know it's not hard to fake it. He said he'd give me a credit after sitting in silence on the phone for a minute, but didn't specify what kind of credit and who knows if I will even see it.
All I know is that when I want cheap pizza from now on, I won't be choosing Marco's. The pizza isn't good enough to deal with this. Nevermind the fact that it was over $45 for medium pizza, a small pizza, and some wings. I can get a large deep dish, wings, and cookies at Lou's for that price. Pass on this place.

I just came from there an the experience I had was awesome......evertime I go in there ti eating my pizza when I get home, but tonight was different. I ordered 2 calzones from there tonjght....an let me tell you something........the first one didn't make it home an my chicken bacon one didn't last forever either.....however was back there doing the job of a jedi deserves all praise for the masterpieces she made tonight....great prices, always great food.
