BEST TORTILLAS EVER!!! I can't get over the fact that the tortillas were fresh and homemade. Both servers were very kind and helped at any chance they could. When you eat here expect to feel at home! The whole vibe gives off family meals at your tias house.

Very small comfortable well decorated spot. Everything was very fresh. From the hibiscus tea to the steak tacos. The first few bites of the warm chips and salsa left a burst of fresh homemade flavors. The meat on the steak tacos was very tender, juicy and seasoned well. Didn't even need the hot sauce. But along with other reviewers I have to agree. Probably the best rice and beans I've ever had. It was a perfect touch to the lunch. The service was perfect. Definitely recommend.Ps. Not sure why I was given Lemons with my tacos but aside from that perfect experience.

Loved this place. Food was so fresh and service was wonderful. The only thing that was missing was the pickled carrots and peppers. The chip and dip salsa came out and the salsa was warm, chips were fresh. The dishes we ordered was delicious.

This little gem in Highland is amazing! The food you can taste it was prepared with love and care. I had the tacos dorados de papa and I was transported back to my grandmother's kitchen as a child ❤️ We also had the steak tacos and tamales with rice and beans. Everything is delicious ? We can't wait to go back! This is family owned and we should support small businesses in our community whenever possible.

Go to Maria’s!!! What a find! We were just passing through on a road trip and stopped by for dinner. The place is charming, Maria and her daughter were amazing, and the food can’t be beat. The made-to-order guacamole is incredible. They even fry their own chips. Everything is made from scratch. If we ever come through again we would definitely go back!
