I recently had a disappointing experience at McDonald's that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a long line, which I expected during peak hours. However, after placing my order, the wait time stretched to an unbelievable 30 minutes.
What made the situation even worse was the quality of the food I received. When my order finally arrived, it was clear that the items were not fresh. The fries were lukewarm and soggy, lacking that signature crunch, and the burger felt stale and unappetizing. It was disheartening to see a brand known for its quick service and consistency fall short in both areas.
Overall, this experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I had hoped for a quick meal but ended up waiting far too long for food that didn’t meet the usual standards. I genuinely hope this was just an off day for them, but it certainly has made me think twice before returning anytime soon.

Came here today after my son’s preschool graduation. Ms. Turner and the staff here was amazing!! They brought out ice cream for my boys and my nephews, and even followed up with activity books for the kids. We cannot say thank you enough!! Will continue to come back just because of the service we received today!! Food was also fresh!!

Rude lady on speaker. Didn’t fill up drink, showed my straw and drink to show I didn’t drink it. Said that’s how they’re calibrated. Calibrate your machine.
Didn’t bother arguing with her, just got my money back.

Ordered 2 drinks for curbside pickup. Had to come inside because they never brought my drinks. Everyone was standing around doing nothing when I came in.

The old lady working was extremely rude. They would not let me pick up mobile orders through the drive through and then told me it was my fault that I placed them online. Any other McDonald’s is better. All of the workers had a snarky attitude and the manager even told us she “couldn’t wait to handle us.” Absolutely unacceptable and the workers need to have a better attitude.

Workers wouldn't even look at you. Drive-thru asked if I wanted a receipt I said yes I didn't get one. Go to second window. I didn't get my suace. Everyone disappeared from the front so I honk my horn still no help. The manager hides behind table from window and puts her hand out with one finger meaning one minute. And she sends someone else to window which she had attitude didn't speak or asked what was wrong. I asked for my suace and she acted like I was disgusting and wouldn't hand me the sauce. Which then of course drop out of my hand into the drive thru and closed the window.. this location used to be one of the nice ones to go to.

Beware of pick ups at drive thru. Was shorted on my order. Better hold up the line till you check everything.
Ordered a small amount of items and tipped extra for delivery. It came at a relatively quick time but the food was in a disgusting condition as if it was left out for hours and squished.
Update: I decided to try and order again and my order was completely wrong even tho the receipt on the sandwich says exactly what I ordered. Seems they can't read here

Omg old school looking McDonald just noticed for the first time today. I recall my younger years of seeing the big yellow arches when they were housed on all the McDonald locations in the 60’s/70’s. I will have to take a picture of this location in the near future. The parking was kinda of tight. The drive thru was even tighter but the service was fasts, the server was decent, the place was fairly clean. The only problem was the nuggets were a little salty for some reason. There is a star off for the salty a$$ nuggets. McDonald needs to start inventing some new sauces for their nuggets, the ones now are just okay.
