First of all, why do the kiosks not print receipts very often, if at all?? We go up and ask for a receipt, supposedly get told they can’t print them off……haha, the biggest load of MALARKEY! Got the manager to actually do the job since they apparently can’t do a simple task of printing off one’s receipt of items the customer purchased. Number two, WATCH OUT FOR THE TRAYS they are STICKY and no one is properly cleaning them. Been coming to this location since a child, very disappointed in their lack of respect for the customers.

Usually have a great experience eating here every week. Friday week I’ve came in i don’t know what he was a manager or a corporate guys older in a light blue shirt. Scolding an employee in the middle of the dining area. Thats embarrassing for that worker and unprofessional i dont care how a business is ran. It’s not ran publicly humiliating someone.

I recently had a disappointing experience at McDonald's that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a long line, which I expected during peak hours. However, after placing my order, the wait time stretched to an unbelievable 30 minutes.
What made the situation even worse was the quality of the food I received. When my order finally arrived, it was clear that the items were not fresh. The fries were lukewarm and soggy, lacking that signature crunch, and the burger felt stale and unappetizing. It was disheartening to see a brand known for its quick service and consistency fall short in both areas.
Overall, this experience left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I had hoped for a quick meal but ended up waiting far too long for food that didn’t meet the usual standards. I genuinely hope this was just an off day for them, but it certainly has made me think twice before returning anytime soon.

Came here today after my son’s preschool graduation. Ms. Turner and the staff here was amazing!! They brought out ice cream for my boys and my nephews, and even followed up with activity books for the kids. We cannot say thank you enough!! Will continue to come back just because of the service we received today!! Food was also fresh!!
Ordered on the app and had it brought to us. They were fast and friendly.

Went thru drive-thru, ordered breakfast bagel and 2 hashbrowns. Waited couple mins in line, was vaguely told to park on other side of bldg. and it would be brought out. Waited another 12 mins, finally had to leave. Terrible service.
I only go for breakfast so I can only speak on that. It's great and the ladies there ate very sweet.
Rude lady on speaker. Didn’t fill up drink, showed my straw and drink to show I didn’t drink it. Said that’s how they’re calibrated. Calibrate your machine.
Didn’t bother arguing with her, just got my money back.
Ordered 2 drinks for curbside pickup. Had to come inside because they never brought my drinks. Everyone was standing around doing nothing when I came in.
The old lady working was extremely rude. They would not let me pick up mobile orders through the drive through and then told me it was my fault that I placed them online. Any other McDonald’s is better. All of the workers had a snarky attitude and the manager even told us she “couldn’t wait to handle us.” Absolutely unacceptable and the workers need to have a better attitude.
