Usually go here for lunch and all goes well but I went another day for breakfast using curbside and waited over 20 minutes. Ended up going inside to get my food.Lesson learned. This location is too busy during breakfast hours to use the curbside option. Better off using drive thru or counter options.

Both these McDonalds have to be owned by the same awful people/ run by the same terrible management. 5 times I’ve been here. Every. Single. Time. The food is cold. We have to wait extra long (probably why the food is cold; IE BAD MANAGEMENT). Miss BBQ sauce literally every single time for the nuggets. You ordered no pickles? You’re getting pickles. You ordered everything? You’re getting plain. It’s mind boggling how bad this McDonalds and the sister one down the road truly are. Literally go anywhere else.

This McDonald has horrible managers, the Hispanic one for sure. The food is old sometimes and they pick and choose when when to charge you for syrup or other condiments. The Hispanic lady has a bad attitude and that’s why she’s working at McDonald’s and prob can’t find a REAL job. I’ll never eat at this location again. Horrible service and attitude!

Don’t try to order table service on the app like they advertise with a sticker on every table. They won’t do it. 1 time is a mistake. 6 times in a row is either bad training, laziness, or policy. They just call your name to come get it. They will not bring it out.

I go there at least twice a week for the sake of my children. Never had a negative experience. The manager I see sometimes [Ms. Turner] is friendly and professional and notice that her staff follow her lead. The one time a particular order had a mistake and I took it into the store, a correction was promptly made, and an apology tendered. I'm happy to recommend this particular location.

Worst McDonald’s in the area. The employees are a direct reflection of management. Food was cold & the service is just awful. Was told in drive thru to wait by a number cause the order wasn’t ready…after 20min of waiting I had to go inside and get my food instead of them bringing it to me. The employee just handed me my order..didn’t apologize for my wait and just went back to having a conversation with the other employee like nothing was wrong.
