1/16/2026 @ 1240...I'm the ONLY vehicle waiting for curbside and after 20 minutes I had to go inside to get my food that was just sitting there. The drive thru wasn't busy. If they're too lazy to do the such an easy job then find simpler work.

The food literally dropped and they tried to repackage it and give it to my family not knowing I was watching. THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED including the manager who was standing there but tried to play stupid like it didn't know what I was taking about!

They stop serving breakfast at 11 and start serving lunch. Pulled up at 10:50 and they purposely ignored customers in the drive through. Never coming to this one again

So i spoke to manager today about all snow all over parking lot nobody remove snow people getting stuck in drive thru im calling corporate this is crazy McDonald's do better

I ordered and no issue with the person taking my order. But I guess the issue resulted from him but the person taking my order was very nice and kind when I spoke with him. I wanted a kids meal just the way it is, and another small fry and a smoothie. I paid and went to the next window. The screen was not working at the time and the receipt didn't print out fully. But none of those were initially a problem. Then I get to the next window I'm given my milk for the kids meal, the kids meal, and then I'm waiting on the smoothie. I look in the box to make sure it had everything. And I saw there was only fries and chicken in there and the toy. Then I get the smoothie I ask the girl handing me my bag where's the other fry and the apples. She said something along the lines of that's not what your ordered and walked away. She was a bit rude but not the biggest problem of the visit. Then I meet Tyler. I explain the situation that's not what I ordered nor what I said. I wasn't asked if I wanted the apples replaced because if I had I would have said no. But my problem isn't with the guy who took my order because he was actually nice. Tyler on the other hand is the rudest individual I have ever met. Never apologized for the mistake. Just said if you want the other fry you need to pay for it. So I ask how much is it. He tells me I and over a card. I see him charge me and print a receipt. I also asked for my original receipt because I never received the full copy so I assume he's printing out the other receipt but at this time he has had my card for a significant amount of time and I ask for it back because the transaction is done. Because I saw him swipe it and he had the receipt. He refuses to give it back until he prints the other receipt. So I start telling him I'm uncomfortable at the amount of time he has had my card and please to return it and he refused still. How can he as a manager refuse to give me MY CARD back??? The reason I was uncomfortable the last time I had an issue at a McDonald's where I had to be charged again they accidentally kept my card and I didn't notice until after I got home so I didn't want it to happened again. He then gave me the apples aggressively and said have a great day sarcastically with a smug look on his face. I find this whole experience highly inappropriate and unprofessional. The only reason I went to this location is because it was on the way home and I promised my son French fries. Next time I'll just go somewhere else where the managers are nice.

I haven’t visited this location in a while, and I now realize they must be short-staffed. It took some time to receive my order, and the tables hadn’t been cleaned all day. However, the staff was very courteous and friendly, even with the challenges they faced of being overworked.

Horrible. Waited 20 min for food then had to go in and they lost the ticket had to reorder
They build your burger backwards and toss the fries in bag very messy and no one is never polite McDonald's has turned into a very depressing institution.
Mcdonalds sucks any location you go. 😕

It just took me 46 minutes to get my food from the time I ordered for dine in. Unbelievable. Of course my fries were cold and the only reason I give a one star review is because my daughter’s fries were hot. The only reason I gave it a one star also is because at least there was one girl with really, really long red hair was hustling around like crazy. One person who is working there who had a beard cover on, was very unkempt, looking and running around with his phone in his hand, not talking in a very professional manner at all. What was the point of him being there? I cannot believe I waited that long to get fast food. Never again.
