Workers refused to take my order . Website says store closes at 1am . I placed order on my app at 12:20 , showed up at 12:30 and workers refused to answer at the check out and refused to come to the windows . It was very obvious they were still there and open . If you don’t wanna work until 1am then just change when your store closes and receives orders I saw multiple other cars show up wait a few minutes and then leave because no one would answer . Wasted my 30 min lunch .

Went through the drive thru and ordered a McChicken and happy meals.. I get home, and there's NO CHICKEN on the McChicken. My husband calls them and they claim there's only 1 manager and I'd have to bring in THE BUNS to get my chicken 😂😂 what a disgrace. Told them I just want my money back, paid with my card. And I can only get my money back if I being in the 2 pieces of bun. I get it's McDonalds, but DAMN

Went to get a few breakfast sandwiches this morning. I waited 30 minutes and watched as the employee's took some of my food out of my bag and give it to the driveway orders. I confronted on of the employee's about what they were doing and asked for a refund. I should have known better, but hey never again will I go to this McDonald's again.

It's sad when you're driving through a town and just want a hot meal and cool drink and what you wind up driving away with is lukewarm french fries (gross), a disgusting cheeseburger burger with cold cheese ( it was plain and should have been made to order) a sweet tea that was so sweet it couldn't be tolerated. No napkins and no Ketchup. Remember when McDonald's was a treat not a cheat. So sad that this part of Americana is dying.

This is not towards the individual employees, as they were quite helpful with me, but the hiring manager needs to do something better with this system. Waiting 20 MINUTES for two sandwiches at over 9 dollars in total is unacceptable. I could have literally gone to a different location and been in and out. 👎
