Tonight my family was so disappointed with this McDonald’s location. We order food inside the restaurant and the lobby was disgusting. It also took almost 30 to get our food out and the fries were cold to the touch. Went up to the counter to get new fries and stood there for ten minutes before anyone gave me new fries. By the time they gave me new fries the rest of my food was cold. My family loved this location because the service and food was good but it has went so far downhill that we will not return in the future. The time was 7.48 when we’re there to eat.

This McDonald's always gives fresh food. I've never been to this McDonald's, and they've given me old fries or cold nuggets. Everything is always hot and crispy, like it was just made. It's an underrated but overly appreciated quality.

It took over an hour to get my food cause no one bring my food out for curb side pick up an then we had to go thru the drive thru cause the lobby was closed even though it was 8pm an lobby supposed to closed at 9

I am very disappointed at this McDonald's I always come to this McDonald's I always get my McDouble well done, nuggets four piece well done, french fries with no salt, and a Sprite with no ice it's always my meal when I come here because this location does my food right. So this particular time I go and I order my regular meal and they cook my McDouble good it was excellent so I get to my car I open up my nuggets and my french fries both are not how I asked fries was still cold still the hair salt on them and the nuggets was still they was not well done. So I went back in and asked for them to you know remake my fries and my nuggets was not well done so I get my food back and my French fries is like not even edible and I didn't even look at the nuggets because I was already overwhelmed by the fries. I stood here the whole entire time waiting for them to give me a refund.

lady dressed in blue ignored me completely. I stood on front counter close to 5 minutes before having to use the bathroom. After I took a shit, that's another 4-5 minutes. I wad able to get the attention of a young person with a reflector jacket who handed me the DD order. Drivers are trying to earn a fair hourly wage. Filing this complaint was another 3-4 minutes taken away from my annual salary. Respect Doordash or discontinue the contract.
