I am absolutely disgusted, I found a bug leg in my fries!!! I always come home and dump my fries out on a plate, along with my burger then I sit down to eat. I almost put this is my mouth. I literally vomited after seeing this. I'm so disappointed and I will be calling the health department

Not the worst McDonald's but far from the best. Service is painfully slow every time of the day. Inside or drive thru. Ex: Just mobile ordered a medium black coffee before I got to the store, no drive through line and 1 person in store in line and I still waited 8 min in store. Coffee did not need to be brewed either. Food is decent. Good when fresh but lots of time just warmer food. Just my two cents

Drive Thru they weren’t open when they should’ve been, they need to shut the McDonald’s sign off when they’re closed! The Manager and crew were laughing at us! So unprofessional will never go there again! This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with them, but it will be the last!!!

I go to this McDonald's on occasion with usually bo complaints. I went around 1 am. Ordered a couple of burgers, and fries. It was all cold. Like it had been sitting for quite a while. I'm very disappointed.

I frequently go to this location because it's close to my home. There are 2 other locations in my Town (Highland Indiana). I don't go to either of them because of several issues in the past w those locations. This location isn't really much better, but it's closer,so that if there is a problem, it's easier for me to go back to get it fixed. Unfortunately, I've also had issues w this location too. I got 2 sandwiches and when I checked the bag, 1 of the sandwiches were in a wrapper that said SEC biscuit, I ordered a BEC biscuit. The employee told me it was just wrapped incorrectly, that it was indeed a BEC biscuit. I said ok and took my bag ( I shouldn't have to open the sandwich and inspect it to ensure the employee wasn't lying ). I got home, opened my sandwich, and it was a egg and cheese biscuit, no bacon, no sausage, just egg and cheese. I get back in my car and go back to the restaurant, I explained what happened, the girl says ok, takes my bag, cones back a couple minutes later w a bag and hands it to me. I leave, go back home, AGAIN. Get home, open my bag, and this ignorant little girl gave me that same damn sandwich. Again, no bacon . It's the same sandwich bc when I checked it the 1st time, I ripped the biscuit. It was the same ripped , now cold biscuit sandwich. I did not go back a 2nd time bc at this point, WHY WOULD I !!! So they can waste my time a 3rd time???? I'm glad they don't make $15 an hour. They're obviously, not worth $15 an hour. Keep hiring employees like this and you'll end up like TGI Fridays. Closed, Bankrupt, and non existent.
One of the worst experiences i've had at mcdonald's in many years. There were only 2 cars ahead of me for the speaker.When I pulled up , it took me twenty minutes to get my food. When I got to the speaker I waited minutes and had to shout hello to get acknowledged. When I finally got to the windowi.Expected an apology for the ridiculous wait. Not only did I not get that.The girl just had her hand out.Waiting for my money never said hello or greetings or anything. The training of these people is absolutely abysmal. The manager there needs to be reducated as how to deal with people under such circumstances. And to top it all off.The french fries were cold. I will not go back to this location for A LONG TIME. I suggest you avoid as well unless you would like to be disappointed.
