Ordered off Doordash. Chow Mein was 90% cabbage, receipt clearly states HOT MUSTARD and instead received soy sauce. Maybe train your employees on how to read.

Food has changed. So disappointed. Food tastes so synthetic. I know Panda đŒ Express isnât authentic Chinese but the food theyâre serving now doesnât even qualify as real food. So sad because I really liked Panda Express. Came back again on 08/09/2025 and they gave us drinks with no ice because supposedly the drive thru section of the restaurant ran out. My daughterâs Broccoli Beef should have just been called Broccoli because there was only three pieces of meat. So she complained and was told the portion is supposed to be 70% Broccoli and 30% beef. Like Iâm so done!!!
We eat here frequently. Never had A problem But today 8-8-25 it was terrible they scrapped the bottom of the woks to make A sale as expensive as they were we shouldâve received much better quality food too many unprofessional employees.

I was totally disappointed with the service I received at this location. I was asked to pull up from drive thru due to order not being ready. I waited in my vehicle for several minutes before I had to go in to find out nobody was even preparing my order or had any knowledge of what my order was. The only way I was recognized was by the young man working the window the stated he was moved to the front counter. He did not remember my exact order & asked what I had & I still received the wrong order when I got home. I contacted the manager named Alexandra that was more focused on a receipt. Not happy at all.

The food doesn't taste anything like it used to taste, in fact it tasted like it was burnt. I would never go back again. The boxes have gotten smaller the amounts have gotten smaller and the price has gone Sky High.

Very average, food served in a bowl was a mess, but fast service. I was required to go online for a discount and sign up with an app. Many don't have phones. This feels like discrimination and the same offers should be granted to all or staff should offer to enter phone numbers into the system for deals to be redeemed. An 80 yr old doesn't know how to access your app but needs that discount more than many others. Staff was friendly. Food was expensive and the bowl was a mess.
