Choosing a favorite sandwich chain can certainly be difficult, there are so many to choose from! Potbelly is definitely in my top 3! The sandwiches at this location are consistently good. Bread is always nicely toasted, ensuring the sandwich is crunchy and crispy. Ingredients are fresh tasting and solid. My go to is the Chicken Club or Old-World Italian.

The guy making my sandwich this afternoon was incredibly kind, made conversation, and was very quick. Also my sandwich was delicious! I had such a great experience today and I definitely want to come back soon.

Food was good. But 3/4 of the employees were not nice, all wearing AirPods literally couldn’t hear my order and had to repeat it multiple times, and looked like they didn’t wanna be there…

Soooo disappointed. I ordered a half Mediterranean skinny sandwich. I was looking so forward to my usual veggie filled goodness. This is inedible! I have one tiny artichoke skin, 3 thinly slices of cucumbers, a scattering of feta and red bell peppers and a wee bit of hummus smear on the one side of overly toasted bread. Do better Pot Belly. It’s not that hard.

This is outrageous. It’s 9pm closes at 10pm and they aren’t serving sandwiches and are out of everything apparently. If you guys are open until 10pm there is no reason why you guys shouldn’t be able to make orders. If that’s the case you guys should change the closing time to 9pm. Lazy employees really irk me

Stupid girl at the counter tried overcharging me an extra sandwich. Pay attention to your receipts and don't get ripped off like I almost did. Try Stealing $10 for me. You should be fired. Sandwichs was were made correctly but they put all Sandwichs on top of the Chips!!! Crushed!!

Just picked up my lunch. Order was missing both drinks and a side of gardinera peppers. Had to grab my drinks from the cooler. Employees need to pay better attention to instructions on the ticket.

I placed an order for pickup at 12:38 p.m. The gentleman that gave me my order was extremely nice. While there I decided to add on a lemon cheesecake cookie. I left and went home. When I got there I realized that the cookie was not in my car. I called the restaurant and a young lady picked up. I explained to her what happened and asked if I had left my cookie in on the counter in the store. She asked me if I could hold on. When she came back to the phone she asked "okay what were you saying?" I repeated the question about leaving my cookie in the store. She replied that she didn't see it on the counter but had no way of knowing if someone put it back. I asked what day a manager would be in. She asked "manager?" I replied yes, someone who would maybe be bothered to ask the other employees, just so I know I'm not losing my mind. She then replied well I just asked everyone and no one knows about it. Huh. Interesting, since she didn't even know what I had asked about when she came back from putting me on hold. The truth is she couldn't be bothered to check something for a customer. It's not about the 2 dollar cookie, because I would have told them to give it away, but I wont spend my money where they cant be bothered to check on something so minor for a customer. I didn't get the girl's name, but the call was at 1:44 p.m.
