QDOBA Mexican Eats

Young man had his hat turned sideways and could not hear me because of his ear buds! Mumbling when he talked to me. When I corrected him on no beans his coworker said he's new and has been there for two weeks. Surprised how messy the work station was they were not very crowded.

came in to order smh food wasn’t even good at all fake mexican food lmao. right off the bat an employee, Ben, let his emotions take over him while letting old drama get to him as well, continues to bug out and start screaming disrupting the establishment while being obnoxious to other customers just bc he wanted to be all billy badass and b tough, put him up with the collection of goofy goobers like his friends that even themselves hoed him and took his yk what heehahah

Food is decent for fast food (what you’d expect) but the staff are SO loud, obnoxious and rude- mainly the male cooks. The cashier was polite. I sat in to dine and was so uncomfortable because the cooks were LITERALLY yelling obscenities, listening to rap, and watching basketball- all while using AAVE despite most of them NOT being Black. I’m no enforcer of respectability politics but this behavior was just flat out ignorant. You’re not on the block, you’re at work. Have some decorum.

It's better than Chipotle, and the sizes are bigger. I also disagree with paying for guacamole, but luckily, this isn't the case with this place.

The Highland indiana team is the best! They made me stop going to Chipotle because they are so friendly, the food is always fresh, and they give good portions. ANGEL, TIM, AND MAX, THANK YOU for making sure I get a good lunch and a pleasant conversation to get through the rest of my work day.

Very similar to Chipotle. Taste good but hella gas from the food.

Mico, the manager was rude and disrespectful while addressing my complaint. Missing items and food quality was horrible. Will handle with corporate during business hours.

First time at this location. Everything had to be made fresh because they ran out, but it was worth the wait. Especially since staff was friendly!

When it comes to fast casual chains, I always have three main points of concern. Quality, quantity, and service. I'm happy to report that at this location, portions are large, and staff are attentive. However, the steak in my bowl was a little bit bland and could have been juicier.

My family and I came into the restaurant to have dinner, I seen the chairs were stacked ontop of the tables and was told the dining room was closed and there is only carry out but google says differently, Confusing.

I ordered food off DoorDash to pick up. The customer service representative greeting me at the door when I came in, which is very nice. I told them that I had ordered my food from DoorDash to pick up. The food was nicely packaged in the bag and it had all the essentials that you need . I did not want to eat in my car so I decided to sit in the restaurant and eat the food and it was very clean and I like that they had everything set up pretty nicely and easy access for you to get your food. Some of the customers were confused, which was the exit to the entrance, but overall this experience was OK

Gave me two bowls full of rice and toppings no meat. Smh.

Edit: changed this review from 1 star to 5 because Qdoba reached out to correct my last order. Decided to give it another try, the staff was very helpful & the food was good!

The lady upfront was a pleasure think her name was Shelly or Nelly yesterday got a bowl and it was amazing for the craving 😋
