Love red mango wanted to stop by today during regular business hours, but there was a paper written note on the door stating “closed.” Anyone know if they close for lunch or something. If so, what time? Thanks.

When this red mango first opened it was great!!! Always had new flavors, all the machines had flavors in them all the toppings were labeled and stocked ready for you to choose to top off your yogurt mound in the bowl. Now…. When you walk in you have two black leather chairs that are ratty looking the fake leather is literally peeling / falling off the chairs , the workers are holding onto the sample cups and they’re in the most inconvenient spot… right in front of other guests checking out . Not to mention you’re also not greeted when you walk in. Then when you do get the sample cups after you ask for them, there’s about 2-3 machines that don’t have flavors in them.
So you select a flavor … a compromise if you will and then go to the toppings …. Where there is pretty much few and far between. And what’s there is the essence of …. I tried to put crushed m&m’s on my yogurt yesterday and it was M&M dust. Nothing else had labels. Sad I was looking forward to red mango but next time I’ll absolutely visit a different yogurt place where they aren’t blending loud smoothie machines as I’m trying to check out right at the cash register and somewhere where there is actual yogurt flavors and toppings . The funniest thing was you were prompted to tip and we absolutely did not tip and the look on the employees face when we clicked no.. was priceless …. Like u legit didn’t do a thing for us and by the looks of the inside not much for anyone else either. Sorry but not sorry. Red mango corporate office needs to visit this location !!!!

This places smoothies are like every where else but the staff are so rude and very not welcoming, the store itself could also use some improvement as it’s very dark, cramped, and just overall dirty. I came in when it was super empty and it still took 10+ minutes to make my super easy peanut butter banana smoothie. Overall if you want good froyo Sweet frog is down the street and for smoothies I would just recommend Smoothie King.

The lady working at the Highland location on the register on 6/15/24 around noon has the worst customer service skills. We payed $17 for two smoothies and she gave them to us with no lids. We asked for different cups and again she gave them to us with no lids. She did not try to accommodate the situation and showed no concern. It didn’t help that the smoothies were overpriced and gross! Never going back!

Very expensive. And the worker was rude to me and others in there. Also I was told my total was $15.79. But later on when I checked my transactions it stated $17.79. So did they add on their own tip? I didn't ask for a receipt thinking I would get the correct amount charged. Lesson learned

This place had absolutely gone downhill. Used to come here all the time as a teenager and I brought my kids. Only 4 working flavors, the first one came out like soup. Finally settled for original with the only few topping at the counter to pick from. Both kids said the yogurt was nasty, and it was definitely sour. We threw everything away and went to Dairy Queen. Waste of money.

This place has really gone down hill. Before Covid it was great! Every visit after has been worse and worse. And today was it for me. Sad because it used to be so good. Only four flavors to choose from. Two syrups to choose from and one wasn’t even chocolate ( vanilla and some random flavor). When I asked if they had chocolate the employee said no. The m&m’s were frozen with the lid still on them and it was 1:00 pm and the door says it opens at 9. The place smelled like a wet mop and the weight scale had dry syrup on it. I go in hopes that it would be the way it used to be but sadly this was it for me.
