Schoop's Hamburgers Highland IN

Low grade hamburger meat. Had balls of non chewable gristle. Had to throw burger away. Same as last time. Never again. Advice to schoops use a higher grade of beef. You charge plenty for a hamburger.

Are you even serious? $11.00 for a hamburger? Just the hamburger? Why does schoops think they are so special? A thin patty of meat. Miner dunn cost 7.00 and has a thicker patty and it cones with fries!! Save yourself some money. This is robbery. I mean growlers hassuch thick, very thick, made fresh, and gives a side with it for less or same I forget. Buy 1/2 price burger days onWed.

Disregarded food allergies Asked our waiter about egg and dairy in one of their meals because my son is severely allergic and our waiter told us he he didn’t have time to look. We got up to leave as I have never in my son’s 9 years ever been told by a server that they didn’t have time. As we left we mentioned it to the employee behind the counter and she walked away Like she didn’t want to deal with it. simply asking about a food allergy so my son doesn’t go into anaphylactic shock the waiter then came over and told us to get the f out. Place is def dirty also. Apparently they also don’t have time to keep their bathrooms even somewhat clean as it was absolutely disgusting Worst customer service I’ve ever received especially just trying to make sure my son doesn’t eat something he shouldn’t and I’ll never return to a place where my son’s allergies are completely disregard

Prices are DOUBLE than other locations. Burger here is 20.45 and portage is 12.99. Will never be back! Good luck!

Group of 5 of us had a great experience tonight. Lucas was our server and he provided us with great service. He was friendly, quick, and attentive! We will definitely be back.

No fuss, fast and hot burgers that are bigger than the bun. Wow…superb burgers.

I have been here before.and food was made exactly as requested, however, this time the consistency was not there. I asked for a well-done double hamburger, everything on the side,and it was not well done also I only got onion and relish, there was no lettuce, no tomato and no pickles, but there was two packs of mustard and two packs of ketchup.

I have a simple order and order the same things every time I come here. A bowl of Chili and a chili cheese fry. Only at this location are the prices different than any other location. They always close early and that’s what frustrates me the most. When I call they stop taking orders an hour before they close and close 30 minutes prior to closing times that show online. This makes me have to do drive an extra 15 minutes to get what I want.
