Great customer service but overpriced!!! The burger was gigantic but there was no flavor!! No seasoning whatsoever. The fries were fresh but had no salt. For 26 dollars the food should have been better. Won't be returning unfortunately.

The Schoops only had one waiter and one cook. We waited probably 45 minutes for our food which was not that great. My burger was waaaay over cooked and so were the fries.

Food was great, but while going to the bathroom, I noticed a very handsome, lengthy, young lad working very hard to wash the dishes. I know come here 4 times a week just to see his lavish face.

Schoop's is a timeless restaurant that has existed for many decades. The food remains one of the best in the greater Chicagoland area. The only drop from greatness is the lack of ample staff and the lackluster "lost in time" atmosphere.Schoop's represents an old time drive-in without the drive-in. Unfortunately, the decor doesn't match the tunes. If the 50s-60s drive-in is the vibe? Play the music that fits the era. Classic 70s-90s music just doesn't fit.Parking: The parking immediately in front is tight. Luckily, the large parking lot on the side has ample parking but is sometimes busy due to being shared with adjacent businesses.
