Ordered a tuna sandwich & got more bread than anything. Barely any tuna & barely any veggies. Cashier did not see my drink I picked as well till after my first transaction & proceeds to charge me for the drink & tax me AGAIN. Such an inconvenience

I have been coming here for years and the service has been all over the place. Since Marshall and Victor have been around I have been coming more frequently due to their service. Not only are they kind, but they know what's in the subway arsenal and can make delicious recommendations on the fly.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The racism I saw here is despicable and undeserving. I placed an online order that was to be ready at 8:55 I arrived around this time and my order had not been started on when I went in I said Hi and received a blank stare from Marshall. He went on to say that my order is not ready because he has other orders I said ok, then he continued and added “my manager wants to speak to you”. Here I was confused and asked “your manager, why?” He said he didn’t know and when I continued and asked “ok, where’s the manager?” Another employee came out from the bathroom and started to put on his gloves here he asked “are you …..” a name that is NOT MINE! I asked him what is the name on my order and after he said it to me I asked “so I am not ——— right?” Here he said no, but their looks and eye contact with each other was uncomfortable and filled with hate! I asked why did you not make my sandwiches because you thought I was ——— they said we have problems with her and we do not serve her here and so I asked “what does that have to do with me?” They said you order the same as she does. The story goes on for a while as we exchange a lot more, long story short, they assumed I was someone else because of my name, then because of my religion and the way I dress, then they refused to give me their names. One said his name is Eddy (although I don’t believe him because of the long pause before saying it) and the other more rude and main reason for this racist argument did not want to give me his name and I finally managed to see it on his shirt, it was MARSHAL! These employees are unprofessional and they are liars saying the manager wanted to speak to me and she was not even there. The racism was obvious and undeniable, this will be going to corporate.

I order online every time they’re making it bad when you call and try to explain they’re playing you. They’re making it is your fault. It is not their fault. You talk to the manager same thing she’s rude. She’s not trying to hear you and she’s hang up the phone in my face She’s a bad person. It’s her name Jane she is a terrible Manager same like the staff that work with her She doesn’t know how to speak to customer

I’ve been visiting this location for almost 2 years and it’s my favorite in the area! I started making it a point to only go to this spot after I experienced rude staff at multiple locations in other surrounding towns. Since the first day I stepped into this one they’ve been nothing but friendly even when I’ve been picky because I was a sandwich artist back in my day 😋 Michael, one of the shift leaders, has proven time and time again he’s compassionate with customers and passionate about his work!

Went there late afternoon. My server, Marshall was a real gentleman, kind and very professional. My daughter wanted us to place the order online , but I insisted to go to the restaurant to make sure that everything was done accordingly . I was delighted to see that the sandwiches were made to my liking, that gloves were being changed as needed, the vegetables were nicely displayed, and formost that the young man, Marshall, who served me did a top notch job. Thank you, again. We need more people like him in the food service . Hope also, that the owner of this Subway will recognize his employees by giving them some incentives .
