I have light brown hair and I found a long black strand of hair in my sandwich. I literally had to spit it out and throw the sandwich away. Waste of money and time during my lunch break. Standard subway but hair in food is not acceptable.

Had to give these young men a review for their kindness and professionalism!!! Marshall & Elyahkem were very polite and kind during my service. I had stopped coming to this location for the last few years due to service from I’m assuming previous employees and I had been a customer here for 20 years since I was a kid. Very happy with the last few visit in the last two months and I hope things continue this way! THANK YOU!

I visited at 10:40 a.m. on 10/25/24. The open light was not turned on, but the door was unlocked. I went inside and the Caucasian guy was polite, but he intensely wiped his nose with his gloved hand. I walked out. There are a few nice employees here, one being a young, African American gentleman, but the most are suspect. At least wash your hands and change your gloves before you finish the sandwich.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables, though I wish there is a vegetarian protien option besides egg.
Went to grab lunch for my mother and I after church. At first seemed kinda dreary, but the gentleman making my sandwiches was very kind. We exchanged nice conversations back and forth and saw him and his coworker kidding around together (I personally love seeing that so long as they can still work and don't overstep, nothing wrong with having fun at work.) While getting rung up, he realized he forgot to put bacon on my sandwich, and apologized profusely and the other coworker even offered to warm some bacon up and put it in a separate bag so I could put it on my sandwich when I got home. I told them, hey no big deal it happens, and not to worry bout it. They were very appreciative and kind and even gave me a discount for their mistake. The workers were really kind and the food, of course, still good :) always enjoy going to a place especially with such a friendly atmosphere ?
