One of my favorite places in the region because there’s nothing else like this place out here! If you’re looking for healthier options this is your sign! Food and drink specials are super creative! The blind date smoothie is my absolute favorite (which I always get) but I love the seasonal special smoothies during the summer. Liz and her staff are the best!!

First time getting food. It was really good, priced well, service was great - really nice, helpful staff.I've been stopping in for a smoothie every few months for a couple years. Going to eat here way more often now.Vegetarian options: I'd never eaten here before, but had a vegetarian in tow. Turns out this is just a great place for lunch/brunch - vegetarian or not.

Just went here for the first time and I'm so glad we did. The food is so good. I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but you can get something for everyone. I think everyone should go try it. We got their vegan black bean burger and chicken and spinach flatbread it was phenomenal. We tried some of their drinks and they were delicious. We were really impressed and we are so glad we have this little gem in downtown Highland. Can't wait to go back again.
