and what a difference new staff has made, and reported the poor service to corporate, but they never responded afterwards with a response after their so called investigation, but their lost because told all my friends and family, and we no longer give any wendy's business, and we use to go four times a week on average, they have rude workers and a very sad attitude towards customers, and the older woman who was working with the younger girl, you are a very poor example of what you seem to think is the way to treat regular customers, who thanks to us help you have a job, but customers pay you, and if you want good service go to burger king or mcdonalds for good customer service because the wendy's on 45th and kennedy is just not able to offer that, and i rarely give bad reviews, so when i post a bad review, the service is really bad and my bad review was with drive through unprofessional and rude staff

Girl at the front desk with the stingy ponytail was very rude. I was on the Wendy’s app on my phone about to redeem an offer when she said “I don’t know if you tryna place an order of you on your phone” before I could even say something she walks away. I walked right out . I don’t want somebody with that attitude taking my order or making my food. There’s other Wendy’s I can go to and I did.
Had more ketchup and mayonnaise on the sandwich than chicken. The entire outside of the sandwich and wrapper was covered. The chicken nuggets weren't cooked all the way.forgot my sauces, utensils, straw, drink, and gave me my wrong food the first time around. Went a little over an hour before close but they seemed done for the night already

This has to be the worst Wendy's there is, go to the one on Indianapolis Blvd by Home Depot that is probably the most consistent one yet.

This isn't the first time these thieves have stolen from me. Today was the final one. Ordered 10 piece nuggets and received a large fry and med fry instead.
The workers gave each other a weird look and then look me in the eye and shrugged. Then I received bag. Probably my fault for trusting the workers to do their job. I will be sure to hold up the drive through in the future, if I come back.
