We ordered online via their website a delivery order of 30 wings, 2 fries, 3 things of ranch and 2 cheese sauces. The delivery came with no ranch or cheese cups. We called to iron out the details and they said they we would have to bring the bag back into the establishment so they could "verify". We did not want to drive, hence why we ordered delivery. So we asked if they could at least refund our 6 dollars worth of cheese cups and they said they would have to check with their "managers". I don't understand why we should hold liability when ordering delivery website. If a company wants to use door dash or uber eats or whatever, i think they should hold the responsibility for it. In a nutshell, its still a good place for food but its a terrible managed restaurant with even worse company policies.
I work Not far from the highland location at an Ambulance dispatch center. I came into work and made an online order for pickup. They forgot the ranch dip with the order so I went back to grab it. Mistakes happen so I wasn’t too put off by that. But when I walked in the Atmosphere was horrible. They completely just ignored me. There was no line, no customers in the store, and the Lady Manager looked at me multiple times but still took her sweet time to come over and ask me if I was. Picking up. I explained I returned to get the ranch dip missed in my order. She went to grab it, and handed them over I said thank you. She couldn’t be bothered to say anything back, just look at me like I am bothering her. She was very cold and maybe it’s been a long day, but lord, I’m a customer when you make a mistake you apologize and act like you at least care about service. I just got a whole negative vibe from walking in there. I think I’ll avoid any in person contact with this location from now on.

A group of people repeatedly asked me for money and even our food once it came out. Made me extremely uncomfortable. I know it’s not the staffs fault, but I will not be dining there again.
“I’m a daily customer at this Wingstop, and I have to say the nighttime closing crew is always on point. The place is always neat, clean, and well-sanitized, which is so important these days. The girls at the front desk are super sweet and provide excellent customer service. Even on weekends when it’s busy in the night, they manage to take my order quickly and get everything done in no time. I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate their hard work and dedication. Keep up the great work!”
