Didn't put any ranch in bag ordered 3 and told me i could come and pick some 10min there 10 back yea I'm gonna let my food sit another 20 min so i can ranch ?

Showed up to pick up our online order, they said they couldn’t find it. Went back and forth for a bit until they finally found the ticket. Then ended up waiting another 40 min for them to make it. Took an hour overall to get the order.

Service was terrible, took almost 40 minutes to get my food, I asked the lady in the front about it she said they were doing online orders first, how does that make any sense, first come first serve, after I complained and told her to just cancel it she moved my order in front of another one, still terrible service, never coming back, they are way behind on orders and don’t seem to work efficiently enough

employees rude cold don't say hello no welcome to wing stop nothing then the girl ringing up orders turns around to shake wings in sauce and complete order no washing hands after handling money register and her phone no gloves on any employees

Place order over the phone, it was unbelievably to quick how the food was ready, when I got my food, fries and chicken looks old, disgusting and both were cold, didn't bother to eat any, tossed it out, will not go to this location anymore. Wasted 18 dollars.

Employees very rude and dont know how to respond when spoken too. I watched other employees be rude to an employee while management did nothing and was right there. As someone who works in this industry they should be written up or fired for rude behavior and customer service. 0/10

This location was horrible and I will NOT be going back. The manager and another employee were verbally fighting and me and my friend were extremely uncomfortable. The employee had his phone on the counter where he was making the wings, the drink fountains were practically empty, no trash cans available to throw out your garbage, ketchup container was absolutely nasty looking, had to use a paper towel roll as “napkins,” and the fries were filled with salt. Overall, the place was so dirty inside it made me sick to my stomach. Will not be returning. Wish we got our money back.
