This is the best restaurant in the region by far! The menu changes weekly and is always fresh and delicious. Sunset views of the waterfall off lake George and friendly staff make this a memorable spot for dining.
Atmosphere was wonderful, dim and peaceful lighting, beautiful artwork, and phenomenal food. We ordered several things off the menu (and I'm a picky eater) and we enjoyed it all. Service was excellent, and staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Quaint restaurant with a great view of lake George. Parking could be a little better but that's a small issue compared to the overall dining experience. They have limited options however change the menu weekly. I ordered the cucumber martini, French onion soup and filet mignon. All delicious. Our waitress was wonderful and funny. Would definitely recommend.
Our first time there! It was good. Thank u we will come back!
Our to-go orders were amazing!!! Great entrees and great desserts!! Definitely will be ordering again!
Quaint spot in Hobart for a delicious meal. The staff was friendly. The menu changes every week. The drinks are professionally poured. The meals are deli! We had the pork picatta special which was tender and wonderful. Relaxing ambiance. We didn’t want to leave so we had dessert. Yum!
Lovely ambience, really enjoyed the perch. DH's meatballs were great as well. This is a gem on the lakefront. Highly recommended.
Went there for a reception dinner excellent food and service highly recommend.

This restaurant by far is the best fine dining in the area. The food is exceptional, super fresh and absolutely amazing.
Great "special occasion" restaurant. Unique food that's different every time!
Hidden gem! Very fine dining In a relaxed atmosphere.
Wish 0 stars was an option. I was with a group of 9 people. We made a reservation, paid a deposit, and arrived on time, but it still took 30 minutes to seat us. As we sat down we were told they were out of 1 of 3 of the appetizers and 1 of the 4 entrees. So we place our orders. They then come back and were out of another appetizer and another entrée. So some of us reorder and some don't get an entrée. When the food comes half of each side was missing and were not told that until we questioned it. Our waitress then says she'll hook us up with dessert but they were also out of the dessert people wanted too. When 2 of the girls go to ask for a manger, which was the owner, she made fun of them and then told her staff we were just trying to take her money. So we all go up to pay and the owner is super snippy with us, threatens to call the cops (for what I don't know since she was the one yelling and getting in our faces), and then proceeds to kick half of the group out and lock the door with half of us still inside. The only reason we weren't leaving is because the bill was still being paid. She then calls one of the girls a fat a _ _ and then tries to kick the rest of us out while standing in the doorway (makes it a little difficult to leave with her in the way). She then tells us that we were fat enough that we didn't need to eat a meal anyway. Never waste your time at Bistro 54.
