I ordered a chicken Sandwich with extra sauce. I got home to a freezing cold Sandwich with no chicken patty but extra sauce. I called about it. There was no Apology I was just told they will save my info for another time. this was terribly disgusting customer service. remind you I was the only customer in line the whole time
This use to be a great Arby's, but lately they have been running out of things. Tonight I decided to stop and pick up some sandwiches at 11pm and they were already closed. They went from being 24/7 to closing at 12 am, but are closed before that now. I know the pandemic screwed things up, but to keep changing your time and closing earlier.
