This Arby's was very mid. It was moderately clean, wet floor signs down so they clearly mopped, but the sauce counter has liquid all over it. The bathrooms were pretty good. Ordering was a bit frustrating. The cashier didn't acknowledge me when I walked up to the counter and I had to wait a bit, she was preparing another order but could've at least said, just a second. Once I finally got to order she was on her phone the whole time (it was sitting on the register) and kept missing information. Towards the end of the order she even answered a phone call on her personal phone and put it on mute until we walked away. The food came out right and good, but it definitely could've been a better experience overall.

No one was in the drive thru line when I ordered. Ordered a larger tender meal with curly fries, and motz sticks. Got a medium with no curly fries to speak of, motz sticks were all partially empty, was just the breaded outside. Line was around the building as it took 22 minutes to get my food, and it was too late to go in. Very disappointed.

I haven't seen a better Arby's... This place was clean. Food and fresh. The people was so friendly and helpful. I had to go to the counter a few times for some sauces but the lady was just smiling and so helpful like I actually was not a bother... First time in awhile everything was great... Order and all... Thank you to this team of great workers ❤️ 💙

The “manager” Mike Long is disrespectful and rude. Wants to argue about an order being labeled wrong. Cool you made it right, how about you label it correctly so I don’t have to dig though my order to confirm you didn’t mess it up like usual.

Place was empty i got alot of fresh food it was soooo goood they better not turn this arbys into a jack in the box.try the sliders they are filling ...empty inside drive thru had flow.

Ordered the cheddar and fish sandwich and the fish deluxe meals. Sad that they didn't have the Hawaiian buns for the fish deluxe, but they accommodated me with other options. :-( The sandwiches were good, curly fries not so curly, and staff were polite. We dined in on a Sunday afternoon, not busy inside, clean, and inviting. I will be back to this location. Try the three pepper sauce, it is so good.

I ordered a beef and cheddar on a regular bun with no Arby sauce. The cashier put it in as a regular roast beef. When I returned it to the counter, I advised her it had no cheddar on it. Her response was "You said no sauce" The manager, who was helping another guest, told her that no sauce meant no red sauce, not no cheddar. The cashier went back to get a cup of cheddar, said something to the other worker who was making the sandwiches and then they both turned and made a nasty face. The sandwich maker brought up my cup of cheddar, I thanked her and then the cashier came up and said under her breathe, "you said no sauce". This was extremely disrespectful and completely unnecessary. We saw the sign about bringing back potato cakes and that is why we stopped in for lunch. If this is the reception people can expect, your brand will suffer. We will never go back to that location and question whether or not it's ever worth trying another location if that is how your company trains its staff. Highly disappointed at the disrespect over a simple misunderstanding on your cashiers part.
