This location has always been no-nonsense. The staff is ON point with offering all options available for your items, making sure the orders are correct and the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious.
I recently went to this Arby's around 9:55pm since the website said they were open until 11pm. When I pulled up to the speaker, the employees turned off all the lights including the menu and would not take my order. I understand if you have to close early, but the way how I was ignored was super unprofessional and rude. You turned away a paying customer and now I refuse to come back here.

Haven't been to an Arbys in decades.Very professional pleasant young lady taking the drive thru order.Fish sandwich was tasty and warm with steamed bun. However the actual fish filet should have been thicker. That would have made it excellent.However, the Arbys Classic Beef was way too salty, which made it a downer. And the beef itself is not true unaltered sliced beef but some kind of pressed beef pieces resembling Buddig beef lunch meat.But the chocolate shake with whip crèam topping drizzeled with chocolate was very good for a fast food chain. And it was free with a dollar donation to their Children's Charity. The owner should be commended for his service to his community,Now, if Arby's would start using beef that is true sliced beef like Portillo's uses, they would have me as a frequent customer.

Excellent service and food! A lot of fast food places are just ok nowadays. But this location has maintained a high standard of quality and service. And excellent job on our four jamocha shakes!
Love coming here cuz we love the food especially the jalapeño poppers and Buffalo chicken. But the prices are crazy. Always almost 50 bucks for 4 people for fast food is crazy to me.
Unfortunately my wife did not get the juice that comes with the French dip. The cheese steak was mediocre. I generally like Arby's food so this must be an aberration.

Was coming home from Chicago and decided to stop and get a quick bite to eat. We placed our order with the guy at the counter he was extra nice. Even with our southern slang he understands what we had ordered without saying what did you say. Got our order quick and hot.

I can definitely say I've never had a bad experience at Arby's. Good food, good service, close to my house. I always enjoy going there.
Pulled to the drive thru. I was the only car there. Nobody inside. Nobody answered at the drive thru. Went inside and was the only customer in the restaurant and Nobody severed me until a lady who said she was off the clock and was just there cleaning machines. All the employees seen me. The one car behind me got served immediately and pulling up to the window to pay before I even got to order. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IN HOBART!!! SERVICE SUCKS!!!
