Old lady at drive through is terrible. 4 times been the same result, forgets 1-2 items and tells me they’re in the bag. Get home to find they are not. Today forgot my kids apple juice and gave me fryer crumbs as a four piece chicken nugget. Ordered 3 meals and received four sauces. I’ll try my luck in portage next time

I ordered on their app, went there to pick up my order and I was a few minutes early. They hadn't received the ticket for my order so they couldn't make my order. Because I was a little early. Granted there was no one else in the store at the time, and all it was, was 5 roast beef sandwiches. Their customer base is non-existent, and I can see why! Their customer service is in the toilet! Instead of simply making the sandwiches, they'd rather lose a customer! Mission accomplished!
