I came today to get food for my mother. I live 7 minutes away once I got home her food was cold and clearly not fresh. The brisket sandwich had been sitting out so long the cheese was turned up on the ends and a different color, the fries greasy & cold. To top it off the young lady at the window seemed to want to be doing anything else except serving me. I was extremely disappointed, you always feel that a newer restaurant won't become bad business as usual like older franchises.

While eating in the dark, I noticed that my burger tasted unusual. To my disgust and horror, when I turned on the lights, I discovered that the meat was not cooked thoroughly. This was both unpleasant and unsafe to consume. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a refund for my order. Please let me know the next steps to process this.

I love Arby's. I didn't specify a combo... But I ordered a sandwich, drink, and side separately. The very nice cashier automatically rang it up as a combo and saved me money. Great employees. Great food. Very satisfying visit. 🙂
As of 7/17/25, HORRIBLE SERVICE. Specifically white chick with a thousand tattoos, shake tasted burnt somehow, missing a sandwich and another one was wrong. 1/10
