This is the only Arby's that I will buy from and have been buying from for years. I had my first disappointing incident today. When I got home my order was not totally correct. The store manager had me bring it all back and he replaced my order. Thank you Mike for taking care of this! Even though it was an inconvenience to come all the way back up there you made it right.You will always have my business.

The Sprite machine needed changing so thankfully I tasted the drink before I left. However, I could not believe my fries were room temperature. Didn't have time to turn around because of an important meeting. Was truly disappointed with this take out experience. .

I will say this. For being short staffed. My food was definitely worth the wait. My food was fresh and hot!
Ordered the spicy chicken buffalo sandwich meal and their new Mac and cheese bites. The chicken was very thin and chewy. My medium fries were only half full and the new Mac and cheese bites were so mushy. I cut into one and u couldn't even tell it was Mac and cheese inside. Over priced for only 4 pieces too.
