If I could give this place negative starts I would give it a -10! 1st time I went there they gave me a burger with a moldy bun!!!! I showed the ignorant manager and she had the nerve to say it wasn’t mold!! I KNOW WHAT MOLD LOOKS LIKE!!! Months and months later I decided I would give them another chance, BAD IDEA! Waited 45 minutes for my food!!!!! They should close this place down or get new staff and owners!! This place is HORRIBLE!!!!

Food wasn’t right at all onion rings burnt burger had only lettuce and cheese waited outside for my food employee brought it out with the same gloves she collect the money and everything with nasty and very unprofessional never again oh and the root beer taste like diet smh

used to work here... they run out cause they have limits to their orders... thanks covid... but i wont eat there... im too afraid... and i font work there cause i told the management about stuff, they didnt fix it so i told someone else... and they fired me... said i didnt follow chain of command... but i did... so now you know how i am... lol and i dont care but facts remain... i wont eat there i dont trust it... dont care who is working at this point.

I had ordered the A4 meal. (coney dog) I thought they could of put more fries in the package and they could of been warmer. As for the Coney dog itself, it needed more onions. Otherwise, it was delicious.

Have came here 3 times in the past 2 months. 2 times that have been out of burgers and rootbear. All three times I waited at the drive thru screen for 5+ minutes without a response. Love A&W but this place has horrible inventory management and customer service.

I drove over an hour to get to this location and they told me they were out of root beer. I was very disgusted by how dirty the lobby of the restaurant was. When I asked the young man who was taking my order when they are getting more root beer in he look at me in the eyes and took his shoe off and threw it across the restaurant and said he is very sick of people asking that and it’s not his fault. Never again will I step in that location. I never knew getting a root beer float would be so challenging!
