I go here on a regular and always had good customer service... but the other day I purchased coffee got my receipt and was excited for a coupon I received In back of the receipt.. next day me happy w the coupon ready to give to the lady in the window and she yells at me that they can't take my coupon cause it's expired... with the worse attitude in the world.. mam why u guys giving expired coupons I just got this yesterday.... I was so disappointed at her reaction... I hope you have better days lady.

Pretty bad when you paid outrageous price for a mocha blast and have to take it home and freeze it to not drink it liquefied blast.. pm crew needs to get it right already!!! Been drinking these things since 1996 ...SMH IF IT'S NOT CHOCOLATE SYRUP SWIRLED IN THE CUP TO MAKE IT TASTE LIKE A CHOCOLATE SHAKE IT'S SOMETHING!!! WRONG!!

I decided to come out in the bad rainy weather because I had a taste for some Black Walnut ice cream, but, I was disappointed that the establishment did not have any, so I decided on Chocolate mixed with French Vanilla. The young man with glasses that helped me acted like he had an attitude with his coworker, another male in which he stated to the coworker, I'll walk you through it. He stated this twice. He gave me my ice cream with ice cream all on the outside of the container. I had to ask hom could he wipe the ice cream off the container and then give me my pint of ice cream with top looking like this, and then ranged up my total, I had to ask for a damn bag then he opened the bag and give me the bag without putting my item inside. I dont know what his problem is, I felt he acted prejudiced and disrespectful towards me being the only black customer in store. I have had no issues coming into this Dunkin' - Baskin - Robbins but never again. No matter how an individual day is going, never be rude to a paying customer.

I'm going to tell you like this this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever witnessed coming into basking and Robbins I come into the store nobody acknowledges me I'm standing at the freezer for about 3 minutes until somebody walked up to the guy that was ignoring me and said can you take his order I'll take over what you're doing he leans over into the freezer with no hair net no gloves scooping ice cream out of the inside of the doggone freezer so I say hey please don't get no hair in my stuff man and he comes out grabs another cone the cone loses the paper now he's bare handed just holding on to the cone I said you know what never mind I don't need it have a good day this place needs some real help and I pray that they work on better sanitation methods especially after what we just went through

The girl working the drive-thru window is so rude and acts like she can’t hear you talking and if you don’t repeat yourself 5 times she will ignore you. When we asked for sweetener she rolled her eyes and acted like we asked her to run a marathon. This is our routine Dunkin/baskin but after this we won’t be visiting this store anymore. Hope they fix this problem . This is the one located in Hobart on 6/51.
