We’ve been following Bon Vey since they opened and finally had the chance to visit — it exceeded every expectation! The menu is fresh, farm-to-table, and full of authentic Italian dishes you rarely see at typical Italian-American spots.
The service was just as impressive as the food. We got to meet the chef, our amazing waitress, and the owner — all passionate and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
We loved everything we tried: the homemade focaccia, the spinach & artichoke arancini (incredible!), and the ricotta ravioli with sausage and heirloom tomatoes — every bite was amazing.
The cozy, beautifully restored 1800s house with lake views is the perfect setting. This place is a gem — fresh, authentic, and easily one of our new favorite restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband happened to find this gem of a place by lucky chance. Samantha was absolutely incredible, the chef came to our table to see how we liked our meals and the owner came to our table to introduce herself. The food was amazing and the restaurant was awesome, vintage. We will definitely be going back!

Had a wonderful dinner out catching up with friends. Food & drinks were delicious and cooked just right! Service was attentive and the vibe was so nice and cozy!! When I called to make my reservation I mentioned that I saw their Paw Paw Creme Brulee on the menu and knew I had to try it. They were even kind enough to save one for me on a busy Saturday night when they sold out and it did not disappoint!!
Parking: You can park in the Chase lot next door after their business hours or at St Bridget's big lot across the street.

Follow up visit: The brown butter scallops were the best we’ve ever had. The ribeye was bigger and more flavorful than we could’ve imagined. Perfectly executed. Everything was perfect. This is a great place. Highly recommend. 10/10.
I come to bon vie a few times a month, once a week if I can and the food is like nothing in the area. Everything is from farm to table there’s a completely different menu every time I come in. Truly doesn’t disappoint.

Everything was phenomenal!! The service, food, atmosphere, drinks- all top tier!!! I cannot wait to go back!! While there, our party tried almost every menu item and everything was so fresh and delicious! The owner came around and was checking on tables and helping, when needed. It’s so wonderful to see cohesiveness and team work throughout the entire establishment; it really made for a fantastic experience. We will be back- SOON!!!

My family and I came here for dinner while in the area and we could not have been more impressed. The owner was so sweet and accommodating, our waitress was wonderful, and the food far exceeded our expectations. Bon Vie is an hour each way for us and we will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved it and will tell all our friends! The atmosphere is fantastic, indoor and outdoor. Service was phenomenal and so was the food. We both had the eggplant bolognese over trottole, and as a vegetarian I was pleased they offered it both with and without the sausage. I loved mine, and my better half said the sausage was amazing! The cocktails were another highlight, we enjoyed both the pear martini and the rosè all day. Both came bursting with fresh fruit flavor. And finally, my favorite part, the orange creamsicle cake. AMAZING! We ate the entire thing, and it was absolutely delectable. Make sure not to skip dessert! We were even shown their deck area, which was beautiful, along with their outdoor lounge in the front. We were extremely impressed and hope to visit again soon.

We had the pleasure of hosting our engagement dinner at Bon Vie. The entire experience from dinner selection with Chef Cesar to planning with the owner Laurie was easy and stress free. Everything was so delicious and effortless. The staff was exceptional and took care of everything. We had a party of 22 and everyone enjoyed the food. You will not be disappointed. Also we had the bread pudding for dessert and it was my favorite.
