Have this Burger King many chances since I live close and I’m aware everyone has a bad day. They are constantly out of something. Food is never fresh. Food is usually wrong to some degree. They never include napkins and often times forget to give a straw. This was a double whopper that was supposed to have lettuce mayo and ketchup on it. Tried calling even and nobody answered. I’ll not going there to argue with someone about it who has an iq of 7z This was my last order there and I just pray they go out of business and something worth while opens.

Gave them many chances. Food is always old, chicken refried, fries cold, and sometimes I go there and be told their system is down for an hour. Last but not least, my wife went there today to pick up a mobile order, waited in line for 40 minutes, then was handed a bag missing 2 8PC chicken fries. When she let the lovely staff know, instead of owning up to their mistake, they proceeded to argue and say they put them in the bag.
I don’t know where corporate is or how this location is allowed to operate. What an absolute joke.

Manager took my order though the drive-thru I asked for specific topping for my whopper and then ordered the rest of my food and upon getting home, I discovered he just picked the topping off an already made burger and I know so because there was residue from the previous topping and I could taste them still.. Imagine I was allergic.. I brung the burger back, told him what happened and he rolled his eyes and went in the back as I'm asking if I could get a second as my girlfriends food was now cold and for the troubles of the multiple trips.. His service is so abysmal and I'm appalled he couldn't even give us another and that was the bare minimum he could have done as I wasn't asking for much and I truly believe that man does not have the capabilities to be a manager.. So much disrespect.. I will never eat burger King again.. it's people like him who give burger king a bad name.. it's a shame. No one would want to eat after being disrespected like that especially if it was made by the guy who disrespected you.. He has a terrible quality standard. The place is ready for a well needed redux.. has been.

This is hands-down the worst Burger King I have ever been to in my entire life and I grew up in East Chicago the Burger King out there is better when it was when it was open have to be before the fire I ordered on the mobile app got to the restaurant about 10 minutes after it said my food should’ve been done Pulled up to the drive-through. It’s about 12:10 in the afternoon there was nobody in line at the drive-through nobody inside the restaurant I pulled up to the drive-through speaker. She got on and said if I could hold a few minutes I said OK. I sat there for about another two minutes. She asked about what I would like to get. I told her that I had a mobile order that I had put in and she asked me the name and I gave her my name and she asked me to pull to the window When I got to the window. I sat at the drive-through window for about another 10 minutes waiting for my food to be prepared when I got it I drove home. I ordered the original chicken sandwiches, which are my favorite from Burger King and I love Burger King so don’t get me wrong. I’m not just hating on them. I go there all the time. The chicken sandwiches were overdone look like they were already cooked and then thrown back into the oil to make them hot and then made me sit there to make it look like they’re making them fresh like I said there was no customers there when I got there so I don’t know what the holdup was but this place always has a long wait for food, no matter what time of day and the quality of food. The preparation is ridiculous. I know people from the peanut gallery gonna start saying well then don’t go there I won’t be going I only went there because of convenience. I’ll have to find another Burger King in the area maybe Lake Station or Portage the employees were polite. It’s just they took forever to get my food and then it was overcooked and just nasty

Went through Drive Thru and was informed they were closed at 11pm. When I goggled for hours of operation it stated 12am.. I had to give them one star just to post which they deserve no star. This was in Hobart Indiana on 1/24/25

My family of 4 has been sick for the 3 days, no one was eating because they were sick. Well, last night on Christmas, I know, they all started to feel better and everyone was starving. So I drove around to see who was open and only Burger King was open. I get in the line and sit for 15 minutes waiting. I get to the menu board and a male employee tells me the system just went down he's on the phone with IT and it could take 30 minutes. I ran 3 different stores, when your system crashes you shut it down and restart it... so I asked what I should do because they had a line to the road behind me, a lady came on yelling that they had been like this all day and she was going to rip her hair out.. if you plan on being the only restaurant open you should properly staff your store. It's no surprise who is open and who is closed on the holidays, it's the same every year. Prepare yourselves better. My family was sick we started to feel better and just wanted food from the only place open. You could have made a lot more money had your store been set up for success last night. Your store was overrun with orders being the only place open. You should have had more staff or stayed closed.

Went through the drive thru and the worker was sighing when I was ordering food and I could audibly hear it through the speaker. Then to lie and say they stubbed their toe and that was the reason for the sighing. It was not my fault that I did not know they were closing early. I cancelled my order and left. Not the way to keep customers went to the McDonalds across the street and had great customer service even though it was Christmas Eve.
