“Our family dined in for lunch today. (4 children, 2 adults) Every single one of us really enjoyed our food. That doesn't happen often with having 4 boys. The waitress was attentive and very polite. Our food came out quickly and was nice and fresh. The cost was good for the amount of food. Will definitely be back.“

“Tavern at the lake was a pleasant surprise.It doesn't look like much from the outside.But the inside is very nice.And the atmosphere was unexpected, especially being in hobart, indiana. The food was great. Although I did think it was a little pricey for 1 person my bill was $50.00 with an appetizer and a meal.
The atmosphere was lively.I had a great waitress.Nice mix of people... What more can you ask for?. I definitely would recommend this place to eat have a drink or just have an appetizer.“

“Wonderful little burgers! Moved away with no WC so when we moved locally we bought WC hamburgers hoping they were the same as remembered. They were. We ordered 2 crave cases. The service was quick and efficient. Very good drive-thru experience.“
