Serena was rude after waiting 30 minutes in line for an ice cream. They gave me a melty one. She took it personally and got an attitude when I asked for my money back. She needs to go through customer service training. When we as customers wait for 30 minutes or more please save your attitude.

Dairy Queen is one of my favorite places to go. This one always gives me trouble. I got in the drive thru line at 9:08. For some reason, I the line moved slow. But the moment I got to the window at 9:42 the young lady said "We are closed. We aren't taking any more orders." I told her I had been waiting in line for about 40 minutes but she said "My boss told me not to take any more orders." Wouldn't it have been wise of management to cone off the drive thru to prevent others from getting in line. This would have allowed me to visit or order from a different establishment.

This is the first time that I went to this restaurant the driveway was very congested because they were doing some type of construction or rebuilding so I can understand that but the customer service actually sucked. I ordered my food the chicken strip basket. My food was cold, and my onion rings was cold as well. The lady did not ask me what type of condiment that I need for my food. They gave me some kind of gravy looking stuff I didnāt ask for when I asked the window The girl at the Customer Service window rushed me like it was a problem and then she just threw my condiment in the bag. I didnāt like the service here. I probably will never come back. Customer Service goes a long way and how you treat people I didnāt like my experience.
Parking: Theyāre doing construction or remodeling this building so you basically canāt park. You just better watch your car because you might hit something.

It was our first time ever going there. Their customer service was amazing. We were only out in Hobart that day bc my mom was happening to get a Double Mastectomy for Stage 2 Breast Cancer up the road at St. Mary's Hospital. Ran out for 30 minutes to grab a bite to eat during her 5 hour surgery. So was very nervous to leave her, but this staff was so friendly..they happened to put my mind at ease while dining there. Great employees. Good food. Good service.

This new DQ sucks. The food tastes weird you can definitely tell they changed things with the food. And it makes me so sad that they painted over the mural. It used to be the only DQ I'd go to now it's the same as all the other ones in the area.
