Horrible service. Can’t handle no more than 2 cars in the drive thru. Made me go to the front door for my order. Way too long. Almost got hit twice going around. Please get it together here.

Really?What kind of atmosphere can you get from a grab it and go place. But it was clean and presentable and Dunkin'.Donut is my go 2. 4 coffee. & BASKIN & ROBBIN’S IS THE BSET IC CREAM EVER!!!!!!!!!

My entire order was wrong, I had the bacon topped avo toast with egg, just got plain avo toast, they were out of Hash browns at 8am! Asked for a apple donut and got a fritter, and my pumpkin muffin had no glaze on top!

How do you not have original blend coffee at 8 pm. You're dunkin donuts. Was told the decaf coffee i ordered had to be made new and to pull around to the front...even though there was no one else in line. Was told it would mess up their times if I waited at the window. So, I went in and watched them pour it out the same pot that was sitting there. Coffee cold. Its always something with this location. Not the first time something had happened but always gave benefit of the doubt. But I'm tired of it and will no longer be coming to this location. Crazy how ppl want $15 hrs an hour for bad service. Thumbs down.

Just stopped by this location for the first time for my usual pick me up. The guys working were very polite & sweet. My order was taken by Nate. He even made me laugh a few times, which I really needed! My coffee was made correctly as well 10/10 recommend!

Swung into the drive thru at this location today and asked for a large iced coffee with creme and sugar. Guy repeats it back correctly and it showed up on the screen correctly and when I got to the window the girl asked if I got the large tea. I said nah, the large iced coffee creme and sugar. She looked confused and walked away from the window. I waited about one minute before deciding to save my money and spend it elsewhere. I just drove off into the sunset

I very very rarely have a good experience at this Dunkin. 9 times out of 10 my order is incorrect or they forget to give me all my items and I have to return and show proof of what I ordered (which is fine.) There are 2 girls who are always soooo sweet and kind and everyone else doesn’t say a word to you. The owner is always super kind and helpful! I just wish my coffee could taste the same every time I go.

Customer service at this location is awful. I walked in and no one acknowledged me so I left. This is the second time this has happened. I've gone through the drive through and a few times the employees don't greet you they just hand you your food. Customer Service industry is not for everyone and you will lose business if you have unhappy customers. I noticed you have repeat complaints and maybe you should consider bringing in employees that enjoy their job and treat the customers with respect. This Dunkin Donuts has been in total chaos since they opened. The only reason I have continued to go here is the convenience.

Hit or miss on the food and how it's prepared and several visits standing at the counter waiting for service several employees made eye contact still no service nobody even said anything as I walked out the door ? update 7/31/2024 I don't know why I went back was in the mood for iced coffee and was charged more for light ice I'm paying for coffee not ice guessing they want to give you all ice and a few sips of coffee higher profits ? guess I'm a dummy ? for going back to Duncan by the Hobart hospital never again!!!!!

I've been stopping by this Dunkin' Donuts a few times a month on my way to my weekend job, but my recent experiences have been very frustrating.

A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a large black coffee at the drive-through, but was charged for a donut I didn't order. The young man assured me I wasn’t charged, but I later found out I was. The cashier refunded me after calling the manager, but it was an unsettling experience.

Yesterday, I decided to give it another shot and ordered an iced coffee. The worker couldn't get my gift card to work and insisted it was empty. I later checked and found $20 still on it.

As someone who has worked in the food industry, I understand mistakes happen, but this level of carelessness is unacceptable. I won’t be returning. Highly disappointed.

Call dunkin' donuts have the same quality of food. The main thing is their help cannot get an order right. The only place I ever went in ordered chocolate glazed and got vanilla glaze
