We went at 6:30pm on a Friday night. The posted hours on the door said they're open until 9pm, but the doors were locked. The associate inside clearly heard me knocking on the glass, but never acknowledged us or came to the door. Will absolutely not return.

Coffee was hot, donuts fresh. Store clean. Girl at register kinda clueless. We had to tell her 3 times we wanted 2 large hot blueberry coffees with cream. She mixed up our donuts, but we finally got the correct ones. Bottom line, I'll go back. Not holding it against the location 😊
First time visiting this location and the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude! I waited almost 10 minutes before anyone assisted me, the employees were playing around like pre-school kids. I had to walk over and ask for assistance with my order and the young Caucasian girl just laughed and walked away, she's extremely ignorant and unprofessional !!! Cancelled Our Order And Left !!! This location needs a complete overhaul starting with their employees, they obviously don't take their job serious and customer service is non-existent! We will NEVER VISIT AGAIN !!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I just plain find Dunkin Donuts, yes I said Dunkin Donuts because I am not a fan of all of these places changing their names for no reason.
Everything is ridiculously overpriced, although it was 30 years ago too. The size of the donuts have shrunk and cost more, but that is also true of many places.

Everytime I go to this Dunkin and order snackin bacon it is always burnt! I try not to go here unless it's because someone is in the hospital across the street and I need something fast. Do better! Snackin bacon should not be the burnt pieces that doesn't go on sandwiches most of the time it's not even small strips. No other Dunkin from Hobart to Crown Point has this issue.
