This Dunkin is a newer one, the staff is friendly and make the experience very pleasant. Food and coffee is usually on point and they usually have the seasonal merchandise in stock. One of the few off the interstate Dunkins that is worth the small detour to grab coffee. Not too far from main shopping areas and The Crossing Church. So weather you need Jesus, pizza from Costco or wanna swing by Ollie's. this Dunkin would be the spot to stop at before.

The owner of this DD needs to retrain the people making the coffee orders. Ordered 2 medium hot coffees with cream and sugar. Got them home and they both were horrible, literally tasted like water. I should’ve known it was going to be a bad experience by how long I had to wait in the window for them. I may give them one more try but I’m probably better off going to the DD on Broadway or just making my own at the speedway across the street. Very disappointed

Over 1/2 the time they mess my order up. Like not enough cream, to much, or not enough flavoring as I asked for. Service is slow. Not super friendly. To busy talking to each other, than dealing with the customer. Run out of cup(s) sizes, straw(s) sizes all the time. Whomever is ordering needs to be trained better.

This place is always unorganized, just skip the drive threw line you will get faster service inside. They are always out of items. Just not a great place over all.
Extremely disappointed with this Dunkin location. The service was slow, the staff was rude and dismissive, and my order was completely wrong even after I repeated it several times. The place looked dirty and unorganized, with trash overflowing and tables not being cleaned. I waited far too long for cold food and lukewarm coffee. It’s frustrating because Dunkin usually provides quick, friendly service — but this location clearly doesn’t meet that standard. Definitely won’t be returning until they improve their cleanliness, accuracy, and customer service.

The manager with the green highlights and the older black gentleman is always so nice and helpful this is my Dunkin of choice most days they always get it right but today I put in a online order and they were sold out while I was waiting 11 mins for my replacement the boy on the grill was talking and playing the whole time making me extremely late for work when I didn’t have to bee because I work right down the street. I didn’t appreciate that.

Prepare to wait a long time for a coffee! I've given this place a chance a few times and every time I waited at least 15 minutes for one coffee!! This is crazy!! People have to get to work. Some of the staff is very nice but others it at all.

This is the SLOWEST dunkin ive ever been too. Unfortunately it’s on my way to work, but I’m gonna need to go out of my way to go to a different one. Had to leave the line without my coffee after 7 min in line after ONE car…. Have the other car move up!! Not returning I’ll stop for McDonald’s coffee before coming here.
