J & J's Pizza Shack of Hobart

ate there today 5-13-25, first time. we had the kitchen sink without mushrooms. I could only eat one piece, my husband could only eat two pieces. we had the foldover crust, excellent! staff super nice. they took excellent care of us. it was a 2.5 hour drive for us, each way but it was so good, we would return.

An awesome place to take the family for delicious pizza & more.

Ordered a pizza Saturday night, the girl who answered phone had an attitude right from the beginning, seemed not interestedin taking orders. Ordered a large kitchen sink, no olives. Repeated order to make sure she understood. They delivered a small pizza with extra olives. Very upsetting.

We just ordered a supreme large pizza. I can't believe how hot it was when we had our delivered. Absolutely the best pizza around! Thank you for an awesome dinner!

My boyfriend and I decided to go to JJ’s for dinner tonight. Walked in, they threw the new girl at us and I felt so bad because she didn’t know any answers to our questions and no one was there to help her take our order. After our order was taken, we waited 15 minutes to get our cups for drinks, then waited 40 minutes to get our food. They gave me my beef sandwich and it was cold. My boyfriend waited an extra 15 minutes for his pizza AFTER me receiving my Italian beef sandwich. We haven’t seen our waitress but one time. No one asked us how everything was, we ended up getting our own boxes that were up by the pop machine. Terrible service, Italian beef was very delicious, but with it being cold, it wasn’t very appetizing. I don’t think we will ever be back again.

Great pizza. The menu photo looks horrible but the pizza is great and doesn't look like that. Hey JJs whoever did your menu is a clown. That white pizza looks uncooked. Put a well done pizz on your cover you want the food to look good right ? How did that photo get approved ? And you need more light in parking lot it's like a black hole. I drive past this place everytime and have to turn around. But with all that it's still EXCELLENT PIZZA.

The pizza was good go get you some there are new owners I hope they keep everything the same they also own the one in lake Station also

i hate to leave jjs a 1 star review specifically since i get it like once a month but when my food got delivered it was a little bit cold and honestly it didnt taste good please refund me jjs again im sorry that i have to leave a 1 star review this time

We ordered a pizza today and it's the worse pizza we've ever gotten from j j's, it's burned. We order from here quite often but after this pizza, that's going to change.

I remember the first time I experienced J&J's Pizza Shack. The pizza was huge! This is a different take on traditional pizza. It is delicious, but will fill you up fast. If you plan on stopping by J&J's, bring some friends! You'll be glad you did.
