We never got our order because it was delivered to the wrong address. Refused a refund so we’re out 34.00. The employee we talked to was especially rude. Buyer Beware!

Very concerned when employee who served me took my order, took my cash and gave me my change while wearing tomato stained foodservice gloves. He also answered the phone in the same state. The issue came when he appeared to start preparing pizzas without washing his hands and changing gloves.
I've involved in food safety for over 30 years and this would make anyone in the business concerned. You do not handle food after handling money, phones, non-foodsafe items, hair, face or anything else without washing your hands thoroughly and putting on gloves. Also, no hairnet or beard net observed. Last order at this place.
This reflects poorly on the management of this particular store.
Follow-up 4/11 follows:
Technical error on my part. The gloves used are more likely vinyl than latex. Disregard the concern over allergens.
All other observations were accurate.
The management has since contacted me and appears serious about correcting the deficiencies.
I don't care for compensation as this is never my motivation for reviews. Food safety for my friends and neighbors is my concern. I don't believe for a minute that the Jet's franchise chain would ever condone unsafe behavior. I'm sure they will use this incident as an opportunity to retrain and reinforce the food safety and sanitation standards any responsible business strives to maintain.
