Considering we have J J subs here in California I stopped here Annd my family ordered 4 subs. Beach subs is what I think they are called Yuck. Old meat taste Brown lettuce and just plain nasty. If you are from outside the area. Keep going. To your destination. Never again will we stop here. May just write corporate and give them a heads up on this location. Wasted money and time

So I ordered on Sunday June 8th and the customer service was awful in my opinion. The food was good but the staff was very quiet and kept shooting dirty looks and whispering in the back and made me feel very uncomfortable. Probably gonna start ordering pick up instead or delivery.

I just want to share my experience. I came in the other day to order a sandwich and there was a girl there. I’m not sure of her name. I didn’t catch it, but she was extremely rude. Very snobby and being rude to the young man on the register who was an absolute doll!! His name was Louie!! For being so young, his customer service skills are phenomenal! I wish all of your employees were like that thanks to him. You’re getting this five star review.😊

I'll be honest the service with this particular JJ's is always been subpar! Orders are usually wrong never adding bacon whenever I pay extra for it. But that new toasted option should be available on every sub on the menu at no extra charge!!!!!! Subs are next level when there toasted!!!!!!

the workers there are rude and give weird looks at you while you’re in the store. the service is short and half hearted, and honestly i avoid going in as much as possible. half the time they get the orders incorrect and forget items
