Just ordered and when I saw the reviews I called them to cancel as the KFC app doesn't allow you to. They tried to give me the run around and I simply said "CANCEL IT" and hung up. Yes, they're as rude as these reviews claim. This location needs to be shut down.

The workers here take Forever. I needed to wait 1 hour and a half for my order. My kids were hungry. They had no plates or sauce. The workers were rude.

I honestly don't understand how this kfc is even a business. I get kfc on my lunch frequently at a different location closer to my job but this Hobart location is an absolute joke and whoever is regional manger or franchise partner needs to understand that this location is an embarrassing disgrace to the kfc chain.

Last night I ordered the 6 piece tast of kfc with two Mac and cheese and two mashed potatoes for the sides. When I get the order dropped of thru door dash I ope it and there is the two Mac’s there and no mashed potatoes instead it’s a big bowl full of green beans. Plus the biscuits were like the got them from the biscuit museum.

I'm honestly surprised this location is still open, everything is broken down from the drive through box to the air conditioning. Hell even the staff seemed broken down. Wouldn't recommend visiting this location but the Scherrilville branch is fantastic if you're out that way!

KFC in Hobart is worse than any Popeye's I've been to Order 8pc meal w 2 Xtra large sides. They tell me"gonna be 6 mins on the biscuits" That's cool. 20 mins later I get the order. It's missing the 2 Xtra large sides and the kids meal. I get the stuff after asking for it Cashier's laughing, says makes a racial joke about his ppl being lazy. -Get Home No damned biscuits! Chicken is cold My 8pc? 5 legs and 3 thighs.
Usually when I Door Dash I decline orders to that place cuz it's ALWAYS a long wait and they forget customer's things.
I should have known better.

The older lady sure hates her job. Not only was her attitude unpleasant but I guess it takes her 3 trys to get an order right and be mad at me like it's my fault she's doing her job wrong. Wake up and pay attention!! When she finally handed the right order she said "Here, I don't even want it anymore." Did you contaminate it?? Seems like a health risk and they're always out of stuff when I go. Worst location ever.

One of the worst places I’ve even been to. They were literally out of almost all the drinks , we wanted 30min for the food and there was literally nobody there besides us. They should’ve told us right away the wait is that long. Why would I go to fast food place and wait 30min for some saggy fries and chicken sandwich?

We had to wait 30min for our food. There was no people just us. Most of the drinks were out of order, no ice and the drinks were flat! The service was terrible. They miexed up oir food order. I don't recommend this place

The ordering speaker is broke and leaning to the side there is a sign on it that lets you know to pull forward to the window. Then you sit at that window for a while because no one notices you The grass needs to be cut there's a hole on the side of the building by the ordering speaker that doesn't work The glass window needs to be replaced it's dirty dingy this gives you location just doesn't look appealing the food was greasy of course I'd probably go to another location
