Our families favorite restaurant for breakfast. We miss the amazing staff, owners, ambience, but mostly the food. We hope you guys open back up soon

This place is like a slice of home. Great food, Great service and a fine building with a fantastic location on Lake George. Corona seems to have done this place in, but I have a slim hope that they will re open again. I really hope they do, I'm Quite bummed I cant go there at this very moment.

I will never go here again. I got sick after visiting this place and so did my wife. We both threw up all night long. If I wanted to get sick, I would have researched episodes of Ricki Lake.

It has been closed for months with a dumpster in the parking lot. There Facebook said there open but it is not. You got to wonder how you can run a business like this.

Went here for breakfast around 12 or 1pm. We got sat down quickly. Our waitress was very nice and polite. We ordered two skillets with a side of pancakes and OMG were they DELICIOUS! There was so much food in the skillet that I was able to take home left overs and warm it up for breakfast the following day. Would definitely recommend eating here!

The GYRO plate keeps us coming back for dinners. Freshest gyro you’ll get in the area. The breakfast is delicious. They are our go to for breakfast/brunch because of the large portions and options. Much better than other relatable restaurants in the area, price wise. Not a fan of the fish, but most of the food we have had we have enjoyed. The wraps are great as well, and love that they have them as options! We recommend them for a great place to get carry-out.

Nice place for a casual meal. The menu is extensive. The service is good. The servers are friendly.

My return to Hobart to visit my brother took me back to Lake Park Restaurant. I was looking forward to a Wild Caught Fish Dinner. I ordered the Alaskan Pike broiled. This was a mistake. The fish was overcooked to where it was mushy and no taste. The lettuce salad had no green color in the lettuce. I had a baked potato which was the best part of the meal and it was overcooked to the extent that it was pretty much dried out. I will have to pass on this restaurant in the future based on this fish dinner. The one bright spot is the waitress was very nice.

I can not describe the unexplainable hatred that was pushed fourth upon me, unacceptable behavior! Quite a mean waitress that was being rude about things that we did not ask about and then she had the nerve to get upset about us not having enough for a tip, am I gonna come back here? Nope.

I know this is an old-people restaurant. But when you're going to lunch with grandma or don't want to break the bank, this is THE place to go. The meal started with a huge bowl of Lemon Rice soup. The uber-nice waitress brought an insulated container so mom could take mine home. She ate the Senior Menu breaded veal, and said it was crispy even under all that delicious brown gravy. Her meal included a large soup, potato, a drink (coffee with refills), and a dessert (tri-colored sherbet, and it was more than one scoop!) My Gyro Dinner was awesome and came with a fist-sized lump of mashed with gravy (separate plate), pickle, lettuce and tomato with hunks of feta. The gyro had LOTS of well-cooked meat, which I slathered in delicious tzatziki sauce. Usually I have to ask for more, but Not here. Plenty of everything! And I took home the lettuce, tomato, feta, lump of gravied tater, and half the gyro. Seriously, I just finished the tomato this morning on an omelet! The leftovers from our two meals made for another 2 to 3 meals at home. Mom paid, but it was about $30 with a generous (40%) tip, because the lady was nice. The only downside was the surly guy at the nearby booth, but I can live with that as long as I've got good food and good value. The pies looked awesome, but I was full. This is the down-home restaurant your parents told you about. Go for the good, quick food and extensive menu. You'll be happy you did. Parking is easy, with handicapped spots near the door, of course.

Stopped in for dinner. Got breakfast items & a rueben. Was really not impressed even for your typical “mom & pop Greek restaurant”. Everything tasted cheap: the dry corned beef with a cheap rye bread, pale yellow scrambled eggs that probably came out of a carton, lemon rice soup was missing flavor (maybe needed more chicken broth), breakfast meats were cheap and gross tasting. French toast was good. Saganaki was good with a nice portion for $8. Not everything was a negative. The waitress was really nice! I felt bad that she kept asking did we want to take our mostly untouched food home because our answer was no... I would skip this place and head to more well known Greek diners.

We use to come here for years. Had not been in while til recently for fish. It was great, tasty n plenty. Our only complaint, we don't remember ever having to fight off the gnats while eating! Spots of food on wall by us. Scrub the place down with bleach in your cleaner and have bug guy spray. Then it's a great place to eat! We still loved the fish!

Friendly staff, good food and good prices.

Terrible service more than once. Sub-par food 2 times in a row. Even worse than the service was the attitude of the female dinner manager. WOW. Owners are nice but unfortunately they can't be there all the time. We took a break from the restaurant for a while but the return experience was equally as bad as the reason we took a break. We are locals within walking distance to the restaurant and WON'T be back!
